Well maintained hotel area, very spacious. Beautifully grown. The food in the theme restaurants is better than the main restaurant, the service however much worse. Nothing is explained here. Especially if no expensive wine a la Card is ordered additionally. In the all-inclusive offer there is a beer variety to choose from, it is not a well-known "brand". Cocktails are offered. However, the Pina Colada "stands" in the blender all day until alcohol and juice separate again. The cappuccino is freshly prepared and of good quality. The beans are freshly ground. Cappuccino Fredo can also be ordered. The poolside restaurant offers grill variations (14-T the same) as well as two changing pasta dishes and fish. On the beach and at the pool chairs are often reserved, but you can still find free seats, even in the shade, so there is no stress. The variety of pools is great and the many guests are getting along well. Basically, it is a sandy beach, but it is very rocky at the sea, bathing shoes facilitate entry. The beach is kept clean and the beach chairs are in good condition. The rooms (we had a deluxe ocean view) are well appointed. The cleaning could be more thorough, especially in the bathroom. We complained. The cleaning was a bit better afterwards. Towels are sufficiently available and shower products are provided (are also of quality). The cleaning ladies were in the morning in the hallway from 8 o'clock so loud, the sleep was impossible (vacuuming and noisy conversations). The hotel is popular with group travelers and families with babies. The photographer on the way here is a nice guy, he takes nice pictures. These are but outrageously expensive (9 per image). In addition, pressure is built up here to buy pictures. Best in a set for 400 . The hotel spa is also rather expensive. There is also a fish spa here. Outside the hotel there are cheaper deals. The car rental (Enterprise) in the hotel is highly recommended. No sales pressure, sensible suggestions for the right vehicle you also get routes and excursion tips. Our Aygo was full tank, clean and had not a single scratch.

Definitely recommended for everyone to go there with a beautiful view of the beautiful resort

We stayed here 5 nights, from 18 to 23 October.
In my opinion, the dynamics of the room cleaning service should be improved. Perhaps it is worth reconsidering when to start cleaning in the morning, perhaps on vacation you prefer to sleep a little more than at home. ;)

Apart of not so nice experience with the staff from the reception(the blonde lady with tale and fake smile) everything was very nice.Don't forget to download the app,is very helpful especialy when you want to book the restaurants.Thank you Mr.Manolis and Mr.Manolo,they are special.Thank you Creta Maris !!!!

Place is amazing.
Food and accommodation is first class.

Service and excellent food. Pools, sea and abundant activities. The only problem we ordered was a room with a sea view and we got a room with a view to archaeological excavations and the road. It did not help that we explained. They said we got a deluxe room worth a lot of money instead of a sea view ...

In the summer of 2019, we and our family, together with our friends (two more families), decided for the first time to spend a vacation in Greece. When planning a family vacation with children, we weigh many circumstances: the location of the hotel, its distance from the airport, the city and sightseeing places, the quality of the beach, swimming pools, food, service, etc. in the end, after a long monitoring of places of recreation and hotels, the choice was made in favor of Creta Maris. Booked a room on the hotel website at the same time with the flight from Moscow and back - it would have turned out cheaper than if I had booked a room separately and bought plane tickets separately.
And the choice was very successful!
The vast territory of the hotel - everything is very cozy and beautiful. At the reception Russian-speaking staff.
Not a bad beach, although going into the water a few steps under your feet you feel the rocky bottom. Not stones at the bottom, namely monolithic rock. The surface is not sharp - special shoes are not needed, but there are shallow recesses where the legs fall and you need to be ready for this. On the right side of the beach there is a small area with a sandy entrance and there is usually the most bathing. The water is clear so the bottom is clearly visible.
There is a small water park.
The hotel has several restaurants. The hotel works on the system all inclusive so you can visit any, but some need a preliminary appointment. The food is quite decent. Many bars with a good selection of drinks.
I liked everything very much, I recommend the hotel!

The beach bars close too early and the free gym is not well equipped! But otherwise it is very nice!

The hotel is large and spacious, has quiet areas and mass areas, an excellent staff and pleasant, the food must be improved and so is the quality of drinking that are brought in bars even if the water is worse than a bottle.

Beautiful hotel complex, right on the beach and near the city.
When we were there for the first time 2 years ago, the entertainment team was especially impressing. Unfortunately, the entire entertainment program was moved from the main pool on the beach to a higher side pool. There are always very few guests, so the animation goes down completely.
In addition, we felt the former team as much more outgoing.
For guests who want a little entertainment by the pool, this is suboptimal.
Should that be changed again, we are definitely back again; until then we are looking for an alternative.

There are lots of pools, spacious rooms and the food is so kind to people

Top hotel, resembles a village. The beach is a bit hard to get used to, coarse sand and rocks in the water, but very clean. Very good service and you get here (with all inclusive) almost around the clock food and drinks.

A great Greece holiday in the early season I liked it

Service and courtesy. A warm and welcoming attitude. Large and comfortable rooms. Great variety of food. It is recommended not to arrive in August for those looking for quiet.

Great 2nd stay. Place still beautiful and well maintained. In "All Inclusive", it is the Top. Friendly team, be it room staff, bar service and others. Good reception and good entertainment. I highly recommend.

Luxury hotel I have been there 2 times, I really love it!

The rooms even rather bungalows these top ultra clean diversity in the meals !!

One of the best hotel I have done despite the budget you have to have it is true subliiiime and the excursions, I had done the island of the lepers it is really great

Top beach:
A belonging to the hotel, very well-kept and reasonably spacious beach (made of mini pebbles and sand)

Nice pools:
Many pools with areas for children and some children pools and a pool with two slides for children

What we noticed negatively:
- In all buffet restaurants (breakfast / lunch and dinner) is little choice of food, especially the selection of salads leaves to be desired ...

Absolutely fantastic and so clean the staff were great and food was great

Huge hotel complex with, among other things very nice bungalows! Very well-kept gardens with great plants (lemon, pomegranate, olive trees, etc.). Very friendly and brisk staff! The large aqua park (for small and large children) with five water slides is also great! The restaurants offer something for every taste and are of good quality. It is a shame that, contrary to the express regulation, many guests block loungers before eight o'clock, even though there is sufficient capacity.

It's a typical resort. There was a mainly buffet in all restaurants. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. But unfortunately sometimes also unfriendly.
Overall it was clean and the complex has a lot to offer

It's not exactly the typical place where guiris plant their entire day under the sun and drink alcohol. There are different restaurants to try the autochthonous cuisine, promote cultural or ecological activities ... The room could be better, but the facilities are very good.

Live music almost every day. The beach is nearby. A good place.

Stunning very upmarket 5 Star Hotel;arguably best hotel in Crete;you will not be disappointed;they think of everything!!

Everything just great. Swimming in the Mediterranean in mid-September Super not so hot anymore. Hotel Creta Maris Super The staff all nice and friendly, helpful. The food is repeated but we are not there to eat. The 4 theme restaurants are all great the grill restaurant is amazing for the eye and the palate amazing.

The area was very nice, although you could get lost. The room did not correspond to the decor of a 5 star category. The TV was too small for the size of the room, the air conditioning was relatively old and therefore loud. The beach was very narrow, so the beach chairs were close to each other. The food in the main restaurant also did not correspond to a 5 star hotel and the dishes were always cold, which was particularly negative for meat dishes. The cocktails were premixed and there was even alcohol in it ????
My next stay in Crete will be back at the Crete Palace, which is way better by far. Sorry, but I can only give 3 stars.

The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are very nice and cozy. The food varies in quality. The main dining hall and the buffet by the main pool are very nice. The reason I say some of the food is meh is because we went to the Italian restaurant at the hotel and the pasta was over cooked, the chicken was very fatty and the desert have way too much sugar in them so it ruins the taste of them. They have this silly rule at all the resturants that men cannot wear open top shoes (ex. Flip flops, sandals, etc.) and they are very strict about it. If they see you without a closed shoe they will remove you from the resturant. The drinks are very good alcoholic and non. The service is amazing. The staff is very nice and the resort is maintained very well

Spent a company retreat at this hotel which was great, it's close to the beach and pools, spacious rooms, many food choices. Perfect for families or company retreats

We have been here for a week and the service hotel and the courtesy of the staff is very good I can highly recommend it

It is the first hotel in the region. The accommodation fee includes all expenses for meals, drinks, and various attractions. A ribbon is attached to the wrist, and almost all facilities and meals can be spent at no additional charge.
The staff was also polite and unfortunate.

Fantastic hotel, nice rooms, good food, entertainment but also quieter places

Great hotel. The people that work here are very friendly and the food is deliscuous. I've been to All-in hotels where the food was ok, but here it is very good.

Good big resort. The beach is pretty long but there s no fence or anything that separates the hotels sun beds from the public beach ones. Food was fine however most drinks/juices were really low quality, tasted too artificial. I understand most all inclusive hotels say they get their drinks from local companies to support them, but we prefer all inclusive hotels which provide us with standard quality, brand type of drinks. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. However the service level could be improved
