Our experiences with Solmar are top notch. For many years we travel with Solmar to the Spanish costas and always satisfactorily. Super arranged !! Beautiful, comfortable buses with skilled drivers. Always a nice hostess on the road for refreshments. Well arranged. Also full of praise for the hotels to be booked. All good, clean, tidy and with friendly and helpful staff. Also an on-site office that can assist you with advice and assistance where appropriate. A very satisfied customer here. We have been traveling with this organization for more than 10 years and usually several times a year. Always satisfied and more than that. We continue to travel with Solmar, we don't want anything else. Besides. You are almost taken from home and back. You can also travel to the boarding point in Maarheeze and park your car there during your holiday. When you return, you can easily get in and out of your car. We say ..... DO. It's Solmar your vacation ... !!!

Already from December 9 waiting for a confirmation of my booking. But due to a mistake by the operator, everything went wrong in terms of booking and room layout and amount. Which meant that a change had to take place and who were the victims. Regular calls with Solmar and emailed but do not get a step further. No response to the emails and on the phone you will only be told that they cannot help you further but must wait. Already waiting for 1 month and no definitive booking yet.

Am also a driver respect for the drivers of bus 15 where I went back and forth both in good and bad weather, service was good definitely go again with solmar step

It is very convenient to let the hotel guests know that there is work, was not stated when booking. Paying for wifi is a shame, Port Fiesta Parc is the only one that charges 10 per week. People who don't like fish have a problem in this hotel, restaurant smells! This was 1st x here in Spain, very unfortunate !!

Just back from vacation with solmar.
We had booked for indola park which was a good hotel food was superb and they had reserved tables for people in wheelchairs or ill were short at the buffet.
Staff very friendly too.
Hotel room was very good too.
The arrival and departure days were also well arranged.
I had no negative points at all with this hotel.
The bus trip was well organized and the return trip was super.
I had called in advance to the office in malgrat of solmar for a mobility scooter that they had also arranged perfectly.
The holiday was great.
And thank you for the good care in the bus.

A great place good facilities / Food drink and when it rains you sit dry.

Just 2 days back from Benidorm hotel Helios, The outward journey was 100% OK with bus 16 good drivers and hostes. BUT on the way back it wasn't that great, we had bus 17 and 2 drivers who didn't stop anywhere where other buses from Solmar had stopped. We were woken up at 7 a.m. and at 10.30 a.m. we were given the opportunity to have breakfast, v.t.v. were they already stopped twice, once at a P place where ca; There were 300 trucks and no (decent) sanitary facilities were OR we had to cross the road via stairs to a gas station about 5 minutes walk, we were given 15 minutes !!!! and 1 x for a driver change (other buses did have the chance to have a breakfast of half an hour, at 8,000 am !!!!) On my request for explanation I was told by "Jan", they could not before because his had to obey the rules, FINALLY we came from Benidorm and not from the Costa Brava, Was he the only bus from Benidorm ???? Nothing to the detriment of the hostess SANNE by her we were very well helped and spoiled !!! THIS was a big downside of our 17 day vacation.

All very nicely arranged! Booking is easy and everything is arranged well in advance, bus is ready as soon as you arrive and furthermore you do not have to arrange anything yourself at the hotel where you arrive.

Just back from Pineda de Mar had a good bus trip back with nr 44, very good care, we have been in hotel Golden Taurus a 4 star hotel also worthy of these stars, there are people who complain about the food, especially the many chicken that served on it, yes that is also true, but always prepared in various forms. And otherwise there was more than enough different types of food from which you could choose, many meat and fish types (you don't have that at home). And you always have whiners, I don't say complain but bear. What disappoints us is Pineda de Mar, the village itself there is little to do, then you have to go to Callella or malgrat.
For those who still have to go to Callella walk about 20 minutes max, Malgrat is 2 stations further 15 min approx.

Very nice drivers, hostess and tour guide, but it's a shame they didn't take me seriously and just dumped them all the way in the back of the bus, while I had indicated that it would be difficult for me because of a tumor in my head, both way and back. , (too loud noise behind due to engine). So I was sick 2x for 2 days thanks to Solmar !! Never again!

I only went there to take friends to the departure point. Only later, when they have completed their holiday, might I be in a position to provide some form of appraisal of the holidays Solway Tours offer.

Pleasant, relaxed, safe bus trips, friendly staff, especially the First Class buses are great to travel with. Tasty affordable drinks and snacks on board.
