Solid Commerce is one of the best Inventory Manage...

Solid Commerce is one of the best Inventory Manager software's we have come across in a long time. As an E-commerce company, before finding solid commerce we lacked in the field of inventory management and finding an easy way to list on our seller platforms. Luckily when finding Solid Commerce I was able to work one on one with a team member and create an entire new business model just from what Solid Commerce had to offer. Over the past 2 years of using Solid Commerce we have double in sales and are only looking to keep on growing. Solid Commerce has made it easy for us with Inventory, shipping, listing, and many other features for an E-Commerce Business. Overall I rate Solid Commerce an A++++.

We are a large volume retail and e-tail business, shipping hundreds of boxes a day. We are doing business with Solid Commerce and are having nothing but issues with them. constantly wanting to resolve problems with quick fixes that dont last and are not communicating well with our company. Hard to get them on the phone when needed.

We use Solid Commerce for our multi channel listings and it has been a lifesaver in terms of the number of hours we used to spend managing our listings individually. My account manager has been a huge help answering my questions, and support is quick to respond! Can't recommend enough.

Current customer. Been having issues regarding orders importing properly into Shipstation for over a month. Solid Commerce has been unable to resolve the issue for over 30 days... Not Happy! The company appears to lack a sense of urgency when it comes to solving problems.

Solid commerce is a horrible company to do busines...

Solid commerce is a horrible company to do business with been trying to use the software for 4 months had a very bad experience with Tom Cheng and his manager cost me over 2000.... never made any money using the system... very bad software.... writing this review so other people don't have to go through the same experience I did... use a different software trust me! They do not care about the success of there customers.

I have tested all of the major "aggregation system...

I have tested all of the major "aggregation systems" and Solid Commerce stands out above all of them. The most important issue for my business was the flexibility of their technology. Due to their technology, I have been able to completely automate the entire process of our operations. Orders that are placed with our Store, Amazon, eBay, Walmart are all automatically sent to Solid Commerce. A PO is then sent to our vendor, who ships the items automatically. A feed is received nightly from our shippers (UPS), of which a file is sent to Solid Commerce to automatically ship the orders on all the marketplaces. No one touches an order, through the entire process. Our Customer Care representatives, pull up whatever orders were not shipped (less than 1%) and handle them manually. There is NO other aggregation system that has the capabilities of Solid Commerce - NONE!!!

They are really helpful and have a lot of options ...

They are really helpful and have a lot of options with online selling! It's a super convenient site to manage items when trying to sell on multiple different platforms. I love the chat support feature. It seems to be my best friend. And every time I use it, Solid Commerce customer service is so quick to help me. They respond instantly and go out of their way to make sure I got the solution. And if it's not something they could fix within seconds, they always send me emails keeping me updated until it is fixed. love it.

We looked at several companies before picking Solid Commerce and I'm glad we did. Our business stress went from night to day after getting set up. We were keeping track of our inventory by hand through Ebay and Amazon sales and it was a nightmare. With Solid Commerce the inventory adjusts automatically through 4 marketplaces now and it is amazing how much easier it is. It also makes shipping through the 4 marketplaces easier as well. I would definitely recommend them for your inventory needs.

Have been a customer for several years and I have to say that Solid Commerce has consistently improved their customer service. We have had some issues over the last year and they have been extremely helpful. We are on the East Coast and they are on the West Coast so communication can be a challenge with the time difference but have always had a resolve for any issues we have had, which aren't many. Been very pleased.

We've tried many other similar platforms like Solid Commerce in the past and found it to be one of the most powerful platform we've encountered thus far. Customer service from Solid Commerce is Solid (pun intended) and quick to resolve any issues may arise. I highly recommend this company should you need a platform to manage inventory and process orders across different marketplaces. Keep up the good work!

My experience with SolidCommerce began the summer ...

My experience with SolidCommerce began the summer of 2018. My son works for my e-commerce company seasonally and I decided that I wanted him to integrate SolidCommerce into our business. About 2 weeks into the process we realized it was a big mistake. We had several meetings and training sessions set up for my son to talk with a specialist on the phone and learn how to use the system. However, nearly every time that a meeting was scheduled to start, he would never receive a phone call. It is crucial that we keep our schedules punctual, and the fact that we would set aside one to two hours out of our schedules and then have nothing happen was a large waste of our time.

After debating the issue for a few days, we decided to call it quits and ask for a refund. At this point my company had spent over $3,000 to begin using SolidCommerce, and in return we had nothing but wasted time and money spent. We asked for a refund, and after awhile, they offered to give us $2,800 back. However, this is where the real problems started.

I went back and forth with Andrew about getting my refund. After about 3 emails between the two of us, he quit answering. With my crazy busy schedule, the issue got pushed to the back of my mind and i eventually forgot about it.

Fast forward to June of 2019, my son came back to work for me for a few months during the summer and he noticed an email from last year that I sent to Andrew and got no response. Since then, my son has emailed Andrew once again with no response. On top of that, he called in last Wednesday and was told that someone would be in contact about the matter. It is now Tuesday the next week and he has heard nothing.

From what I've gathered, this company will simply take your money and give you nothing in return if you have any issues. From the other reviews, it seems like the service itself works great as long as you can successfully get it working and learn how to use it. However, if this company, for whatever reason, decides that they are going to blow off your training sessions and you ask for your money back, don't even try - you'll never see it again.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. If I would simply get a call back and finally get my refund a year later, I wouldn't be writing this review.

My UPS rep set me up with individual responsible for Ecommerce Strategy at UPS Corporate in Atlanta. He unconditionally recommended Solid Commerce.

Solid Commerce is a very powerful package. Their tech support is the best I have seen in a long time. Same person every time working diligently to do what is best for me.

Highly recommend.

After working with numerous Inventory management softwares we found that Solid Commerce is the best fit for our company. We have been with Solid Commerce since 2013!
It has been a great 5 years! Solid Commerce has helped our business grow, and we are now branched out in many different market places. This is due to their professionalism, integrity, honesty, and their passion in helping our company grow strong!

VERY POOR DATABASE Solution - worse mistake ever... saving pennies won a db solution such as solid commerce will cost you hundreds of thousands of $$ lost in sales. Pretty sad when you can't even have a dependable database to print your shipping labels.. been using for over 6 years... FML., Happens too often FFFFF for FAILURE

I was referred to Solid Commerce by a business partner as a way to manage my inventory in one, centralized location. It has been a miracle for my business and saves us lots of time as well as overselling. There are powerful tools built into the system that also helps us on Amazon. Would recommend.

I haven't found a company that was somewhat afford...

I haven't found a company that was somewhat affordable like Solid Commerce that can really manage everything between Etsy, Ebay, Amazon and Big Commerce. I have been with them for 3 years and there have been some glitches but they do more than other companies have been able to do. This last Xmas we didn't have any problems that weren't our mistakes. It worked great and didn't oversell. They aren't perfect but work well for what we need them to do. It takes some time to get the hang of it. The thing that drives me nuts is that we can't just call and talk to a person. Everything is pretty much thru live chat or emails. I can never explain myself well. They will call you back if you can't figure things out and talk in person. They are trying to improve themselves but there are still some glitches like duplicated pictures on Big Commerce when updating items and sometimes on eBay. They have been trying to figure that out for long time but other than that everything else is working great.

We have been using Solid Commerce for over 4 years...

We have been using Solid Commerce for over 4 years. Very satisfied with their service, commitment to service and product improvements. The product connects with multiple market places, warehouses and distributors; which has increased our sales, product base and helped decrease over selling. Satisfied Customer. Thanks
