Just booked our honeymoon for 2019 and we had the pleasure of working with Ms. Deborah Hose! She was great from the first email to meeting face to face! I would recommend her and Sterling Travel Agency to anyone!

Super nice and helpful! Tammy Comer always does her homework and gives the best advice. The only other bad review was only because these people are so awesome that they stay too busy. That's a fault I can accept in business these days.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE DEBORAH HOSE IF YOU HAVE TO USE THIS COMPANY. Upon requesting assistance to use a travel voucher and book flights to Orlando for my daughter s first Disney trip, she didn t respond for two days. I called and left messages and received a call back while I was at work and was given a list of random flight facts. I informed her we had other family flying and wanting to book same flights as us and asked if she could email what she had found. She told me to just look up what flights we wanted online and then tell her what the flight numbers were and she would book it for me. So I did. We did all the leg work on the front end. Fast forward to two days out from leaving and the winter storm is raging here in the south. Forecast calls for lots of snow and ice and cancelled flights out of Nashville (our departing airport). I called and left a message, I sent an email. We were looking at switching to a flight later in the day, or even asking about switching to an airport that was out of the path of the storm. But I needed to know options. She didn t call back until the next day. So we are less than 24 hours from departure and I tell her I have been unable to change the flight online. She proceeds to tell me she s not working in the office and can t change the flight for me but to call southwest. She swore up and down that southwest could change the flight for me even though the website was telling me my travel manager was the only one who could change it. After being on hold for 2.5 hours, Southwest runs the confirmation number and tells me they are unable to change my flight and that only the travel agent who booked it has that capability. It s 4:30 and Deborah has clocked out by now and we are now stuck with travel plans that require driving 2 hours through the winter storm and probably getting stranded with a cancelled flight. Do not use Deborah.
