My experience with SolidCommerce began the summer of 2018. My son works for my e-commerce company seasonally and I decided that I wanted him to integrate SolidCommerce into our business. About 2 weeks into the process we realized it was a big mistake. We had several meetings and training sessions set up for my son to talk with a specialist on the phone and learn how to use the system. However, nearly every time that a meeting was scheduled to start, he would never receive a phone call. It is crucial that we keep our schedules punctual, and the fact that we would set aside one to two hours out of our schedules and then have nothing happen was a large waste of our time.

After debating the issue for a few days, we decided to call it quits and ask for a refund. At this point my company had spent over $3,000 to begin using SolidCommerce, and in return we had nothing but wasted time and money spent. We asked for a refund, and after awhile, they offered to give us $2,800 back. However, this is where the real problems started.

I went back and forth with Andrew about getting my refund. After about 3 emails between the two of us, he quit answering. With my crazy busy schedule, the issue got pushed to the back of my mind and i eventually forgot about it.

Fast forward to June of 2019, my son came back to work for me for a few months during the summer and he noticed an email from last year that I sent to Andrew and got no response. Since then, my son has emailed Andrew once again with no response. On top of that, he called in last Wednesday and was told that someone would be in contact about the matter. It is now Tuesday the next week and he has heard nothing.

From what I've gathered, this company will simply take your money and give you nothing in return if you have any issues. From the other reviews, it seems like the service itself works great as long as you can successfully get it working and learn how to use it. However, if this company, for whatever reason, decides that they are going to blow off your training sessions and you ask for your money back, don't even try - you'll never see it again.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. If I would simply get a call back and finally get my refund a year later, I wouldn't be writing this review.
