Please don't treat employees like labours give some importance to them any how you are giving less salary at least give some respect to people who work there.

Good company for freshers of electronics depertment stydest.Good infrastructure and environment. Seniors are helpful. Get more knowledge from this company.get also practical knowledge.

CENTUM ..... Working environment, insfracture too well.its good for gaining practical knowledge for electronics freshers background people...!! But HR management is ever wrost that don't know how to behave with diploma people .with diploma they behave like uneducated labour..

The company is for start your carrier but somewhere salry is very effective i mean in 9614rs in which if u take canteen they also cut 520 from your salary means you got 9094rs at all in a month. But experience and learning is good. It is littel bit politycal under departments between enginners managers and JE all seniours they always think for them then for company at last for you who joines new.. everything is good but sometimes it feels like a prison when security guards close doors if you are 1 min. late they came and scolde simply if you are standing outside littel bit late. Canteen food is wrost always idli sambhr rice only like a midd day meal in a govt. School i am not telling compny is wrong but i am telling truth because i am also a empl. Of this company but in other hand you got some good experiance about manging yourself under 10000 and also some good knowladge.. if you want to see all this in real life come and join ...

If you want to do realy some change i give you an idea
salry minimum 15000. And you see everthing is changed..
Because its gonna 2020 but still you are in 2010
