I am writing this review on just 4 days of experience in this worst company .i am B.E in E&C,I am worked in the testing part of the board.
1) you have to be in at 8am not 8:10 or 8:15
2)once you joined there they will teach you the work,which you have do daily routine work(you will learn nothing from routine work)
3)You have work 8am - 5pm sometime it will 6pm.totally you have work 10hours not less than that.
4)they will split the target into 10hours for ex:In testing there are 10 members for that the target will be for one day 3500 board has to be done in daily l for that you have work for 1hours 35 board per hours so for 10members*35 boards for one hour =3500, its look pretty but its huge when you get into.
5)The serious fact is they don't provide hand groves for starting day,which is essentially for this type of company.
6)starting 2days the don't presure, the next day after that they will treat you like a slave,once again I will tell you they will treat you like a slave.
7)The manager is more than the worst,he don't known how to deal will employees.
8)The line leader is even worst.

This company don't deserve single star
Note:If you have to experience the hell you can go there.

I don't know how good the company was in the inside but the salary u receive won't last for even a single day if anyone is staying in pg

Some people written in the review that smail electronics is good for learning.
But that is fully wrong. That company is not for the B.tech people. In that company labour work is their. U will not learn any thing.
I went in that company and worked 1 week they will make pressure to work fast.they will give target for each hour to complete.
And they will keep over time as they required. They will not give leave as you required.
10000 in that 10 hr work
They will keep night ,day shift.
This company is not for b.tech level.
Increment will be once in year 1000-1500.
Don't believe like that ELECTRONICS Mins Electrical side.

WORST COMPANY.THEY HAVE EATEN MY SALARY WHEN I WAS WORKING THERE.THEY TREAT EMPLOYEES AS SLAVES. HR, SHE IS WORST MADAM, SHE DOESNOT HAVE HUMAN MANNERS.EVERYBODY, DONOT JOIN THIS WORST COMPANY.

I worked for 2 months they have given me only 4000 I left without informing so they deducted management is not good they are treating us like slaves though my qualification is b tech they don't know how to treat fresher I just paid 4000 to my pg and spent pocket money and came with full of tension what they gave but that was a nice experience in a practical life.

Waste of time and energy, beggar is better than this company
