Very attentive and cared about what I was experiencing. This was an infection due to a splinter from a dock piling under a fingernail. The doctor listened, we discussed the possibilities and treatments, made a decision and did the very minor "surgery" that would be most likely to resolve the problem. Turned out well fortunately but that is never a sure thing with medical treatment. Quality care and very pleased.
Carespot provided great urgent care services to my daughter. They were attentive to her needs. Provided quality care and the wait wasn't long. We appreciate the clinicians here.
I was greeted upon entering and my wait was very minimal. My RN was very kind, helping quickly diagnose me and wrote a prescription. I could not have asked for a better experience

Had to go to CareSpot for a hair follicle pre-employment drug screening and left the facility with a MASSIVE chunk of hair removed.
The manager there, Dawn Salas, assured me that this is STANDARD PROCEDURE and done per their OFFICIAL TRAINING, so you can EXPECT this to happen if you have to get a similar test.
Anyone familiar with this test can tell that it was done incorrectly, but Dawn Salas will insist that it is STANDARD PROCEDURE at their clinics per their OFFICIAL TRAINING.
EXPECT THIS TO HAPPEN.

Unfortunately, wasn t a good experience for me like everybody else. Was sent there by my employer and was told to come back the next day. The next day they called me early morning to reschedule the xray at 2pm but come for drug test at 10. Arrived before 10 and checked in, waited for 10-15mins only to be told no vial/container for test. Was told to go to a different location when my paperwork/request for drug test was about to expire in 15mins. I hope they make sure that they have everything they need for the test because it may cause inconvenience to clients. I have to re-arrange a whole day schedule because of this incident.
CareSpot was one of the few medical facilities I can say was one of the best experiences I had from start to finish for urgent care. Seamless and fast even on a Sunday. They caught a possible severe leg infection in time so I did not need to go get emergency care or hospitalization. The team there was spot on! Would recommend to anyone anytime!
I liked everything about this facility. From the professional, yet delightful front desk, to the informational funny nurse and finally to the timely, attentive, fully qualified PA/NP. I was in and out in spite of not having an appointment (I made it at a different location) and my insurance card or number with me. Kudos to all of you for doing a terrific job. This is how it should be done!
I've been to Carespot several times for different reasons. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is courteous and I'm in and out in less than an hour. Everyone has different experiences but mine have all been positive to this point.
Easy to make appt. staff courteous. On time. Dr. Was professional and competent.
