Incompetent.

I occupied an apartment managed by this firm. I lived in the studio for only a month and a half, so many worries encountered with the agency.
The most important were that the bathroom window did not close in the middle of winter and that the real estate agent had told me the wrong mailbox. It took almost 3 weeks for the correct mailbox to be indicated to me (after several reminders) and for the agent - despite several emails and calls for the most part unanswered - to deign to come only to confirm that the window of the bathroom did not close.
Given the incompetence of the cabinet, its lack of empathy and humanity, I decided to leave the apartment in due form by giving them notice.

I quickly found accommodation, still in Levallois and unfortunately for me, it turns out that SOGESTIM is the property manager. We had in February a heating failure, which is, it is important to specify, collective. All the residents of the building therefore spent 5 days without heating or hot water. This only confirmed the ineffectiveness and incompetence of this agency.

Icing on the cake, the return of the security deposit was not made within the legal deadline of 30 days. I re-raise the agent regarding the 10% penalty that applies no response.

Cabinet that our condominium chose to replace the previous trustee who had dozed off. During the transfer visit, SOGESTIM showed its efficiency by calling a company the next day for a new quote; and the company showed up the next day and submitted its quote the same evening, which was validated by the union council; which made it possible to start work in stride. I highly recommend this trustee for his efficiency.

The Sogestim cabinet took over the management of our condominium about a year ago, during this year we encountered various problems (works, various leaks, fire .), I must point out the great reactivity of this cabinet and the ease of communication.
