The service is top, quite affordable for many star hotels. Some facilities are not satisfactory, such as women's toilets in the meeting room where there is no water

The hotel is located a bit far from the center of the city ... but it is convenient and suitable for the honeymoon ... the rooms are spacious but it is rather old ...

Really super service ..
Twice staying here I found that service was increasing.
If the previous visit was upgraded to a one-level room, this visit was even upgraded to a two-level class above it.
The entire staff is very friendly and caring.
My wife and I are really happy and satisfied.
True 5 star service.
It was also memorable when I spent the afternoon at the beach side restaurant accompanied by live music.

Excellent hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and come with all the amenities you can imagine. The check-in staff were very friendly and upgraded our room. The two pools at the hotel add to the vast experience. We enjoyed watching the hotel band play as the sun was setting. Highly recommended accommodation.

Beautiful place, safe while on vacation.

We really enjoyed staying here with a young child, views were spectacular and the pool was child friendly and it was central. It's not as nice as spectacular as Oberoi but then again it's half the price.

Best spot in Bali to stay love coming here. We had an issue with our room smelling damp the a/c was faulty. It was eventually fixed.

Everything from the friendly employees, inviting lobby, beautiful pool, amazing breakfast layout/selection and nice, quiet rooms. A wonderful experience overall.

It is a five-star hotel where Baliy has its own beach in Seminyak. There are also villas, but the room cannot directly see the beach. The former name is Sofitel Seminyak Bali.

Loved our stay here. Great breakfast, hotel rooms, spa. Two pools - the quiet adult pool is lovely and quiet. Location also great away from the bustle of Seminyak main streets but within walking distance for those looking to get their steps up. I would come back to stay here!

Excellent cost benefit, super friendly staff, good food, good vibe

Traditional Balinese setting resort with its own beach, 2 fabulous pools (one being adult only) and manicured gardens with generous rooms (seriously, who stays couped up in their room when holidaying)! The best and largest buffet breakfast in Bali with speciality coffees and tea on offer. Happy hours (2 4 1) daily, themed food nights and for those who want a little workout, daily water aerobics, yoga twice a week and a gym can be enjoyed. Special mention to Doni and his staff who go out of their way to ensure your holiday is a memorable one.
Enjoyed 7 wonderful days and we can't wait to return and see all those smiling faces again.

Nice quiet hotel, could use a bit of an update, we complained about the room when the manager greeted us at breakfast and he gave us an upgrade. They have a great pool and gardens although I'm pretty sure that it gets pretty busy in high season.

Royal Beach is amazing. 3rd visit to Bali, 3rd time staying at The Royal Beach. Amenities are always clean and fresh, staff are helpful and friendly. This place is like heaven on earth!. No need to leave the hotel...beaches are at your front door, pools are crystal clear, food is cheap and world class. The only place I would stay in Bali.

Resort that has direct access to the beach, there are plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the beachside atmosphere, moreover the sunset time is really cool, the view is there is a pool for kids / adults and a finess center. Minus of playground / kids club for children, happens to be a room on the 3rd floor that has access far enough from the elevator. Overall for service and breakfast is okay, recommended

Just left a four day stay at this hotel. My friends and I wish we could give it even more stars! It was a fabulous experience. The nicest and most attentive staff, great restaurant good, super safe, comfortable beds and very very clean, good wifi, amazing pools and proximity to the ocean. You must stay here!!! We will be back.

Located on the beachfront with a main pool and a smaller adult only pool, The Royal Beach is great for relaxing with large rooms and good hospitality. Drinks are quite expensive for Bali with a small window for happy hour. Yet to understand the distance to the main strip in town as it is not quite clear.

This is my first time in this hotel.. we feel so great and blessed with the service.. if you have a chances to this hotel, just enjoy the all of the area.. superbb..

This area is not very safe for the tourists. I didn t stay there but I went for a visit to the beach by go car.Then while coming back I requested a go car again. After requesting we got a call from the driver to walk forward because they can t pick up from there as the area is captured by the taxi driver. We started walking and when we went in front of royal bali I saw some taxi driver was following us. They were abusing from their cars and also the guard of this so called 5 star hotel got involved in harassing tourist. They started following us and didn t let us stand there. We got really tensed and worried as the drivers were coming again and again and abusing us and telling us to from from there. I was shocked how the guard got involved in this situation while working for a 5 star hotel. I would like request the authority to make sure each and every tourist feel safe in this area and also to hire guards who are not involved with the taxi drivers. Then somehow we managed to get on the go car and the driver also told us how dangerous the taxi drivers are in this area and to be careful from the next time. This incident happened on 23rd May 2019 around 5 pm. Please check the guard who ever was working at that time and I would request to take necessary action.

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. The price is very high and they could have done better. No one likes to be nickeled and dimed when they are staying at one of the more expensive hotels in the area. For the price of lodging in Bali I would look elsewhere.

Beautiful beach at Kuta Seminyak to enjoy the sunrise or sunset with a cup of coffee at the morning or a glas/bottle cool beer at the evening. The beach is very busy from visitors international and domestic. The beach is clean and very friendly.

I am currently at the pool and have looked through a menu and ordered a bottle of wine for 300 without taxes and the bill came with 450 without taxes, and they come with a different menu with the higher price , after complaining they brought the bill with the original price.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Seminyak beach. The service was outstanding, big rooms, great breakfast and adults only pool is a great idea.
My only minor cons were the poor tv signal and juices could be better at breakfast, especially the orange juice. I must add WiFi signal was excellent throughout the grounds. I recommend this hotel.

Great facilities ... nice swimming pool ... no pain in the water

Well, I don't know why they always talked about great service here. Maybe with couples or groups, but as a single traveler you will be ignored and discriminated against. Waiting at the pool and beach for over 2 hours for a drink, at breakfast you are simply overlooked if you would like to have a second coffee, as a single person you basically get tables in the corner or the last room in the wing. Since I've been traveling to South Asia privately and professionally for over 15 years, I'm used to different service, and this should be a 5 star resort here! Maximum of the equipment, you quickly lose yourself in the garden and the loungers are dirty and old. Also watch out for the pools, some very sharp tiles! The rooms are dark and musty smell, but the bed is good and you sleep well in it.

Explicitly about service: there are enough employees walking around but nobody is really motivated. One is served only reluctantly. Even if it is not the norm in Asia, but if the service in a 5 star resort does not match what even 3 star resorts offer, a complaint is justified. But this is only accepted half-heartedly.

Conclusion: are you traveling as a couple or a group? Well, then you will be noticed. As a solo traveler I would EXPRESSLY advise you against this resort !!! Unless you want to be ignored or seen as a guest!

Old building hotel but very well maintained, nice location near Seminyak Beach. Have large and clean room, warm welcoming greating, friendly staff. There are 4-6 bottles of complimentary mineral water in room

There is no way this is a 5* hotel. Completely out dated, old dingy hotel. Even the welcome towels smelt damp and old. Have stayed all over bali and can t even compare this hotel to nearby. No way it s a 5* hotel and a scam to call it one. Extremely disappointed to end our wonderful holiday at this hotel.

The rooms are spacious perhaps the bathrooms a little dated !! But the location and the well-kept outdoor spaces !! Surveillance 24/24 !! The breakfast I would say among the best I found in Bali !!

5 star location and amenities. We will be returning again. Food And drinks great and swimming pool and beach access is prime. The grounds are beautiful and worth a stroll through to see the wildlife and Alu and his family.

Very good beach hotel. It has exit to the beach directly. The rooms are very comfortable and the attention of the staff is very good. Breakfast very rich, for all tastes.

Our 2nd stay here. Great hotel for a chill out day but plenty of night life just down the beach. Food quality is very good and we never had stomach problems here. Good priced surf school just outside hotel too.

Quite outdated hotel, but they maintain so well so 5 stars, connected to seminyak beach and not crowded.

A big hotel, rooms have no character, with a lot of people visiting who just there to be there and be seen. An adult hipster place. There are two pools and you need a map first incase you get lost, acces to the beach but no sunbeds on the beach, Staff is super nice and the breakfast offers a various choice. Every day entertaiment and a spa. Wouldnt come here if i didnt had a package deal.

Very good service. Can be an example for other hotels. The whole room looks clean & very neatly arranged. Complete bathroom equipment. The food is pretty good. At that time there were 3 flavors, namely India, West, Indonesia. What I like about this food is the Yogurt & Chocolate CROISSANT. Not all hotels have it and taste good. This hotel is perfect for all people, especially for those who are already stressed by their daily routine. Service and beautiful scenery are enough to eliminate boredom. And there is no need to look for dinner outside the hotel. Because it is very unfortunate if you miss dinner at a private beach. Quiet, nothing to disturb. There is live music & Live Cooking Experience. Only one thing is missing, a pool. Visibility is only 1m. For people who have problems with their feet, especially the elderly, it is highly recommended to swim before traveling. Sorry, if there is a wrong word.

The welcome, the overall stay was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the service level, the tidness and the food at the Royal beach. The breakfast buffet is really royal compared to other places we've encountered. It's distant from the vibrant and annoying crowd of Seminyak yet still within a close proximity from the center (10mns by car).

The hotel was quite okay, eventhough it was an old hotel. It has a direct access to the beach, which is liked by the tourists.

2 swimming pools, great breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service and fantastic staff. Beach is accessible from the restaurants at the back of the hotel. Surfing is available. If you stay here, make sure to try Cendana restaurant right beside it.

Beautiful traditional balinese hotel. Just one thing missing, traditional balinese music..
That traditional balinese music gives the vibe of relaxation and baliness, you should have them live in the weekend and just play a recording on the sound system all times

I had amazing holiday, loved the pool service ( bell by the pool) gym was air con, rooms spacious, best gluten free breakfast bar and right on beach

I came to island near a beach for wedding party of my friend client .
The place so peaceful, great and the best spot for wedding ceremony, and one things its directly to watch a BEAUTIFUL SUNSET.
Its really nearby a beach, and you can directly walk around to the seminyak beach or double six beach.
The wedding ceremony of my friend client so great and really family gath, and next to the island spot, there have a pool and gazebo for guest enjoy the best breeze atmosphere, and the there have variant of cocktail and mocktail.
The island area of this Hotel its amazing, i cant write more than anything, its simple but elegant place.
Hope you and family enjoy while staying at this Hotel...
