Decent travel company, could improve customer service and communication.

I had a very average experience with the travel agency. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were a few issues with the itinerary. The tour guide lacked enthusiasm and some of the attractions were not as advertised. I expected a better experience for the price I paid.
