Kind a bad experience itself. I don think so they value the employees. And promotions ah no ways.

One of the worst company to work where you will be treated like a prisoner.
Managers working here understands themselves as a District Collector.
Extra Show off, nothing to learn for career perspective.
Only those who can work here who have come from either Call centres or very small firms where they might have been treated as school kid and in SGGSC they were getting more value as compare to that.

My mistake was to join to SGGSC (Bangalore) was due to the Brand name of SG.
SG might be a good company to work as I can not comment on that but SGGSC is the worst to work as per my 8 months of experience.

company is good , senior managers are like ***** who take pathetic decisions and biased totally. No one should point their mistakes else they will have grudge on employees and ensure employees will not get hikes and will be forced to leave. don't join in production support projects.

Very bad interview process, I was selected in all the tech rounds, manager round and was about to meet the HR next for Sal discussion. But it s been 4 months the HR hasn t contacted me either via email or call. There s a HR called Madhumita from Chennai who doesn t respond, am not even sure if she knows HR responsibilities or not, poor SG for hiring her. My friend suggested that there are politics in hiring process which would ve resulted in my omission.

They take too much time to get contract employees to permanent role, best place to work... Work life balance.. nice people... Long leaves...cover insurance for parents also..

I wanted to talk to someone for opening an account in the bank. The customer care lady did not give me any contact number to talk to for services. When I said I need to use their services so please allow me meet someone from your office, she didn't allow me for that too at all. Very strange service support they have. Worst case in banking terms. How could an individual open an account if he doesn't know anyone in SF, how guidance was provided by Indian customer support.

After reading the recent reviews thought of sharing my interview experience with SG it was in sep'19. Guys trust me if you go there it will be one of your worst interview experience. You need to wait for several hours in order to complete all the rounds. First two rounds were cleared on same day and asked me to come for manager round after 1 week, cleared the same and finally Hr discussion was also completed and said that we will ask you for documents for offer release. After that no call,response from HR team. After several attempts finally go to know that the position was hold due to it did not got approval from pairs. My sincere advice to HR,MANAGER if you did not got permission from pairs to recruit a resource for project. why did you guys called me for interview and wasted 3 days in my life?. if you do you don't have open positions why calling us for interview and wasting some ones time. I hope my comment will help some of the guys that they will not have any hope of offer with SG if they have cleared all the rounds also. very pathetic.

Horrible interview experience. These people do not have sense of time at all. They schedule your interview at 10AM and you reach on time, but your interview starts at 3PM !!!.
Dear SG HR, interviewer and Skillenza, do you have sense of any time manners?. Why so much un-professionalism? Some people come all the way from Electronics and you dump them like animals in that small cafeteria for 5-6 hours before interview starts...!!!. Why call 40-50 people when you cannot manage and finish interview in 2-3 hours?.
To everyone who got interview call letter to this company, don't waste your time by going there. They are unprofessional, not worth your time.

Company is good but if you join as a contractor, it is very difficult to become permanent, and only they get the privileges of being in one of the best working place. Else the company is good and it is a wonderful place to work.

They consider welfare of permanent employees only, and for contractors they discriminate and that is very pathetic.

I recommend they should work on bring their position on better front as they are the ones who bring company on a good standpoint!!!

I am working from last 2.6 years and cool atmosphere.And it is mainly very good company for the experienced people.

"Spacial for Disabled people"It is not a place to work and interview. Interview coordinator is not helping for anything and apart of you have to walk near about 400m . Company interviewers are have inhumane behavior. They force you to come by walk even you can or not . If you call them they said they will back to you but it never happened. Even they not plan interview you have to wait there full day to wait your chance coz they not have interviewer. Also In that they call you come early morning and there are no food facility (no free or no purchase food). I have experience with them like hell. It is enjoy for there HR they make fun and laugh on you when you said anything like that.First time I had this type of insensitive behavior in Bangalore. I not have interview coz I did not feel that is good place to work.

I have visited for interview but I found the this company is not good for work because I have not found any process, HR Team members are pathetic. Even though interacted project manager was pathetic

I received the mail from HR regarding the opportunity for Bangalore location and here the process starts with mixed of technical, managerial, client and HR discussion.

After all this process had completed I asked HR for the feedback as till the last round HR wasn t sure whether they had to proceed with my candidature or not they simply told me as further interviews are going on so right now we cannot assure you whether we are taking forward your candidature or not also they asked me submit few of the documents and fill some form.

So here my question to the recruitment team if you are not sure about the candidate hiring decision till last phase then why all this 6-7 rounds are planned its simply a way of killing the candidates time with hope.

At the end rarely HR will reply you on feedback saying a standard statement without giving the genuine reason for rejecting the candidate.

Adding one more feather to all the other s comments above. I faced the same worst interview process ever in my experience so far with this company. All selection process done and they collected all the proof and after that no update on the offer. And now when I constantly followed up, they say the position went on hold. I just wanted to say to HR that don t waste others time.

Horrible interview experience with SG. Completed two rounds and told that manager round will happen in next week due to (Manager was on vacation,year end ,blah blah...). But never received a call from them . After two weeks called them and got to know position was on hold. If you are not having vacany why did you conducted the interview?. Simply wasted my whole working day. Guys never attend the interview they will waste your valuable time

Third class interview process. Company could be good but the HR's are the worst here. Selection process was done but after everything got to know that role was on hold. Hr dint had guts to call and tell. I had to call one of my friend who works there. Worst ever interview process. Go at ur own risk. If I had chance to sue this company, I would have.

The parking for visitor disappointed, if you will keep your bike for 5mins also you have to pay Rs.60, when other Business centres are not charging single rupee. Are you collecting money from visitor for your development. Better you people beg on roads.
