SPARC is a Fabulous place for all the Artists or anyone who loves art, with no discrimination. Events are incredibly warm and lovely. SPARC beautiful and brave family are doing amazing job in a super friendly environment.

Whiny people just looking for a government handout. Hey folks, looks like no one likes your art, especially the gang members who decided to paint over it with their own art .
