This place is not a place to do business with. I scheduled workers 5 days prior to help clean up an event and they guaranteed me 3 workers. I then called a day ahead to confirm what time I would pick them up and was told not a problem. I show and no workers are there. The guy tells me that he sees my "work order" that they had me fill out Monday, but they are a non profit and nothing can be done. If I could rate them with zero stars, I would!

I recently hired two men to work with me in filling ten 6' x 8 raised beds for garden vegetables. Although their English speaking ability was limited, both men understood my directives for the project, were cordial and respectful, and gave me their best efforts. Other duties were removing yard debris and general clean-up afterwards. I am hiring them again and appreciate the service you do as an organization in coordinating this program. Sincerely, Chester

I have hired a total of 6 different men multiple times from this organization and had great experiences each time. They did heavy yard work. They build a flagstone path, moved mulch, weed whacking, weeding, brush removal, blackberry removal, hauling and digging sand. I like to work along side them. I took their numbers and called them to come back and do more work. I have referred one man to my neighbor who hired him and he was extremely pleased and is hiring him back. They all speak English, are contentious, courteous, non-complaining and take initiative where appropriate. I choose to pay $14-$15 per hour and tip for extra heavy work or for staying more than 8 hours to help me get a job done. I sometimes offer lunch or beverages other than water. Sometimes they drove themselves. Very, very nice men I enjoy working with. Even $15/hour is much cheaper than the landscaper quotes!!

Got workers, but it's best you use your intuition and refuse workers that lb back work ethic. We employers can spot lazy workers

There is absolutely NO reason to be one starring, these workers HAVE the right to refuse your job if they determine your bring shady! As an employer, and a life long local, I absolutely recommend VOZ and their labor services. The admin staff are very kind, and attentive. I am always assigned hardworking, and reliable help. They went above and beyond, both the laborers and dispatch. Thank you for the wonderful service VOZ!

Enjoy going to work and the clientele that requires my own customer service experience in providing services to pay my bills and support my cat. I like most of the people who do the networking to bring in the clientele to pay for my bills and supporting my cat.

5 stars for what they're doing here by all means bravo!!! With more funding this place can be phenomenal. Minus one star because of the way the distribute the workers its lottery style. If I need help lifting appliances I'd like a capable helper not an old dude who won the lottery that day so he gets called first. But by all means thank you VOZ for what you do here!!

This place is a good place too look for work, but there's slot of homeless people who go here to get work. But half of them are drunk, so no if you want to hire someone from here dont

Rather than stand in a corner & hold a sign begging people for money in humiliation (I know it s not all people this is for those that can work & blame immigrants/illegals for taking jobs etc.). Come here SOBER with clean/washed clothes (if your clothes are dirty & you haven t showered, go to a shelter & shower there). Here they have coffee & breakfast & can offer clean clothes & other resources if you need them for you to be able to work. You get paid cash. The people in the office are very helpful & the other workers are friendly.

I've been working with Voz for a number of years now. Every time I need a worker, they give me exactly what I need, and fast! They are closed on Sundays but if you call ahead it's no problem, they can get a worker to you. The staff are friendly and the whole place has a good vibe.

Racists. They racist in favor of illegals and pull dirty moves. The workers are okay. The organization has problems. I wouldn't trust my donation money either.

Never actually been here I was just sitting waiting for the light to change. I'm giving 5 stars to that billboard shown in the pictures!! Fkng awesome

I try to hire a guy there and he quit before I even got to the job

This is actually a place that great ti find workers no hassle money goes to the workers only support the worker not the corp.

Day labor regulated by lottery all in all a good fair system for temp employment

As an elderly woman on a fixed income, I rely on workers from VOZ. I always ask for a worker they know is a reliably honest and hard worker., and let them know I will pay $15/hour for someone who does a good job. I have never been disappointed. Then I often call back to ask for the same worker again and again. Some require more supervision than others, but this is a wonderful service. I could not have made it through repairing my home for sale without the worker I came to rely on. He was the most hard working human being I ever met. Such a good heart. So honest. He would always tell me exactly what he could do and what was beyond his skill set.

If this day I went to greet them and they will fix my office card.

If you ever need people, who do good work, with fair prices, this is the place to go! They are real go gutters here.
