It is clean and young taste. Breakfast is not much better than expected.

Modern urban suites, very friendly staff and great service

Average service, from the door entrance to front desk to restaurant it's all very basic, nothing special. Vallet staff is little aggressive and weird. Front desk staff looked little lost, restaurant food was very simple. Restaurant staff didnt not have any smile on their faces, not as worst as vallet .

Awesome hotel! Really neat and nice details in the interior. Good restaurants. Breakfast was varied and turnover. Great coffees. Staff exceptionally friendly. If anything negative should be said, the sun does not shine very long in the pool when you hide behind the hotel. A short distance to the subway station when a little oikoo lively way over. Good location anyway. Not a very long way to Marina and Palm Island. Also close to the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Burj Khalifa and the model and very accessible by metro. Also in the vicinity of the hotel the very good restaurants, for example, Yugo Sushi.

Specifically Lah Lahs is worth mentioning here. During the winter it is perfect with a huge outdoor space with a pool. In summer, it is also worth visiting with great decor and good food.

The lobby has a lovely restaurant with good food and fabulous staff but it is SO LOUD. They crank the ambient music to where you can t hear people speaking across the table! Maybe it s meant to encourage table turnover and make it not a good working space? It s a shame, as I enjoy the venue but I always feel like I ve been electrocuted after sitting here for an hour having the music slammed into my ears.

Love Zabeel House, Love Graze restaurant there, it has great food and the staff are awesome... Grapeskin wine bar is a cool spot as well...

Facility is and rooms is lovely grate location and very modern and only open for 6 months is a grate hotel but I was told before I book for a long term stay very modern and relaxing environment Lah Lah restaurant food is good gets busy so book your table before hand but it s a nice hotel rooms very nice. As a hotel I think there is still lots of room for to inproof but staff very help very friendly so yes I like it

Zabeel house the greens is a great place to stay and hang out with your family.<br/>The staff are very friendly and accommodating..thanks to Elvin for his best service, assisting my family and giving us recommendations of different amenities of the hotel.<br/>We always come to Lahlah for dinner every month or twice a month...my family will still come back for the great service and the good views.

My friend and I had a great time at Zabeel the greens. Rooms perfect, personel (incl restau Lalah) friendly (especially Jeromi) and all the rooms incl. swimming pool designfull decorated!l

Nice modern and cozy hotel, furniture is kinda casual but cool there's a restaurant in the ground floor and another one in the 4th floor

Beautiful room with large outdoor balcony with a nice view of the city good beds, relaxing pool delicious morning food.
You are close to it all and the staff are the best I have ever met they are so helpful if you need help.

Modern, trendy and hip and a good attempt at environmental friendliness. Surprisingly pleasant. Food menu is a little limited though compared to other places.

The addition of The Laughter Factory evenings is such a brilliant idea!! Love everything about this hotel!

Very incompitent staff at the pool reception. I called today asking if its free for Emirates Platinum card holders and the person answering the phone said yes. ( I also said I dont have Emirates Premium Platinum and the guy said its still free. ) After driving for 30 min, the guy said its actually not free. Horrible service!

Really lovely and new hotel in a great area. Really loved the rooms and the welcome I got at reception. The facilities are amazing. However very disappointed that numerous calls to housekeeping and reception were not answered between 7:00am and 8am. The fact that there is no shuttle service makes it lose that convenience other hotels offer and it's very far from the metro. The metro is across the highway and it means you have to go around a few blocks and it took me 20 minutes in the crazy heat and I'll never do that again.

Loft inspired type rooms, modern furniture, note that although electrical receptacles are the British three prong, if you are charging for phone no need to bring an adapter as the rooms has two fast charge USB ports next to each side of the bed, are two restaurants, ground floor restaurant had a great breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, eggs made to order, rotated dishes so that each day was something different. Restaurant/Bar Lounge on 4th floor Mediterranean/Asian fusion food. Right outside the hotel is an excellent hamburger joint. $3 taxi ride to the metro station, its a walk-able distance ... but ....

Amazing hotel with friendly atmosphere in the heart of the city. Hotel rooms are very nice and spacious. Concept is very new. It is located in greens. Good for people on business trip. Down super market is also available and easy access to sheikh Zayed Road.

A nice modern hotel with great communal working spaces and a restaurant on the Ground Floor. Open to both residents and non-residents.

Very convenient for business travelers. Very nice and modern interior design whether in the lobby, restaurants and the rooms. The rooms are relatively spacious as well as the bathrooms, with all the convenience that you need. You don't have to worry about the plug as the sockets are universal, also equipped with USB ports, so just bring your charging cable. The bedside clock also is a wireless charger. Amenities are good and generous. The surrounding area is calm and the location great. Highly recommended.

A place to be family hotel lovely staffs and good amenities :

Very very tumblr is currently very trendy it is actually quite large, however, the bathroom / toilet could be improved a bit because you can see through a lot. The staff is unbelievably nice. Simply super. Only to be recommended

Genuinely my favourite place to stay in the whole of the UAE. It s just luxury at the best prices.
I couldn t be more impressed, from the coffee machine in the room, to the gym, to the restaurant, and the amazing staff!
I highly recommend this hotel for their comfortable, large beds and the incredible decor! The location is great for exiting and entering the highway too!

We visited 'Lah Lah' restaurant for the Friday brunch. The decor and setting is modern and pleasant. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food variety, quality and quantity was excellent.
I would have given one addtional star to my rating if the volume of the sound system did not limit conversation to people sitting adjacent to each other (without shouting)
We did ask for the volume to be reduced, but the request fell on deaf ears (pun intended )

Awesome place and.awesome food. Valet parking was a nightmare though. After 30 minutes they discovered they took my ticket but my key was still lying with them and nobody had gone to fetch my car.

Not as we expect, No facilities, not kids friendly, unskilled staff.

The fantastic experience that I ever expected in my life. This is the best way to spend your time or a meeting , a cup of coffee like a world class format. Yes the ambiance is wonderfully managed them and the staff also very helpful and special care to everyone. Thankyou for have me a nice time with everybody.

we can only give 5 stars to this hotel. Already for the service, there is a pool, gyms, rooms are modern, bedding is immaculate, cleanliness, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are very good, great location in the city, only not hesitate

My wife and I really like this hotel. There is a lot to like... but the coffee machine needs to be serviced from time to time.
