Excellent place was there for just three hours but totally loved the vibe. The food was good the coffee was great and most importantly the company was magnificent.
Willl definitely go back.

Very weird hotel. The whole team needs more training as they answer u: "we need to check and get back to you". For coffee if u r not staying u can only have in lobby... imagine!!

The music noise of the grand opening is so disturbing and so inconsiderate towards the tenants of Greens and Tecom community!

Stylish and relaxed hotel. Food in both restaurants is pretty good. Service in the lounge/restaurant could be better.

Environment and atmosphere were excellent. Service was sparse.! Food was just flavorless. I was very disappointed with the braised beef short rib. The dish was cooked well, but just lacked any flavor. It was essentially vegetables, mashed potatoes, and a piece of beef covered in oil and a flavorless sauce. I questioned the quality of the beef because even on its own it lacked that beef flavor. I was hoping to have someone at least come by and ask how the food was so I could discuss it, but nobody did. The next time I saw a waiter was to bring the bill. I will think again before ordering food here.

Well designed interior. Comfortable room perfect for couple and young family. Great food at all day dining and Lah Lah Restaurant. Very friendly staff and hotel & restaurant managers.

Lah Lah review: top class bar, good prices, nice terrace, food reasonable prices but small portions. Will be a regular. On entertainer as well. What's not to like.

Good, modern and clean but it will better to respect all people options like to have a part of the hotel for smokers as it is not always a good way to force people not smoke or to get out just for a cig

Went to Lah Lah brunch. Place was lively and had a good atmosphere but the food was very average. Starters were the highlight with a large player of sushi, duck rolls, dimsum and Bao buns. Mains were fairly tasteless. Dessert was fruit on ice with an ice lolly- not great. Service was fast.

The hotel is new, almost opened in December 2018, the reception staff are wonderful, the hotel's decor is distinguished by its details and simplicity. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, the hotel s location is on Sheikh Zayed Road, and close to the hotel there is a large supermarket and many services, cafes and restaurants. The metro (Internet City station) is approximately 10 minutes walking Feet
Next to it is Green Heights which is a neighborhood that has a wonderful walkway, green landscapes and a large lake

Nice hotel, lovely communal working area (Social Company) that doubles as a cafe. Smart, modern rooms. Nice business facilities. Pool area could do with a bit of work - looking down on it from our room there were chairs, stands and tables all over the place - and the loungers where not particularly comfortable. Nice service though - you order your drinks and food through an app and they bring out to you. Overall quite decent but with a bit of work could be excellent.

Staying always for business - and would, if I was to come for leisure ...

Food is good but customer service is poor; lots of missing orders that we need to keep asking for waiter. It was terrible experience for a birthday celebration of a friend.

Well design, good environment, I would try the place for my business meetings. Totally I liked the place.

Nice location and price but reccomend for young adults. Loud music until 1AM shaking window on my room 7 floors up. I get that it was Thursday night but anything after midnight should not be allowed. Also staff is okay but dont expect anyone to be friendly or welcome you like in Abu Dhabi hotels.

The hotel is most contemporary I've being at. Funky decor, the elevator, the lounge..... it was uniquely different

Wow. Zabeel House at The Greens is a stunning and hip new spot that will give you the best of stylish Dubai scene. The rooms are slick with sunset views. There s a hookah lounge at their tasty restaurant Lala. The pool area is on fleek. Service was incredible from the front desk to the restaurant. You really can t go wrong with this brand new boutique hotel (they ve only been open 3 months!).

Welcome addition to the Greens community. Native Club gym staff are excellent; friendly and very welcoming. Classes are ace top.

Sadly, management don t listen to feedback. The music in the gym is unbearably loud, which is especially irritating when the gym is seldom full. It s so loud I can t hear my own headphones. Mentioned to management and response has been the music volume won t change. It s way louder than other places.

Located just off the Sheikh Zayed Road and a couple of hundred metres from the metro station is this quirky and immensely likeable hotel. As one enters the lobby the restaurant is on the right and the reception on the left. Even the sofas and chairs are very uncommon. There are a lot of decorative pieces and the designer seems to have a thing for cameras. Saw quite a few. I was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. This had a large living area and a lovely bedroom. It's all black and white with wood tossed in. Very minimalist, functional and tasteful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and made me miss my workouts. The kitchenette is neat. What's missing is a microwave. Even the bathrooms are different from the normal ones. The washroom in the lobby is also an example of the thought that's gone in. Loved everything including the service. If only some old world stuff like light switches, a power point in the bathroom, room service menu and a phone number were included I would seriously consider moving house.

This has to be one of the most finely furnished hotels ever. The staff are so pleasant, walm, accommodating and welcoming. Room service works 24 hours. I'm so pleased Akenn travels booked Zabeel House for our 2019 holiday. Oh and the food!!!!!
Zabeel house comes highly recommended.

A great place to be zabeel house the greens. Thanks to martin for his service and best recommendations to my family. Staffs look very friendly and collaborative which gave me a very friendly impression. Martin my special server was very helpful and great thanks still goes to him on behalf of my family. My familly will still come back for the great service and the good views. It was really lovely

I can t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff members are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you re comfortable. My eight year old daughter was fascinated by the design of my latte, so she asked how they made it and they took her to show her how. The place is so clean and everywhere smells great. It is a wonderful experience.

This is a little gem in the heart of Dubai. It feels like a mountainous resort. The coffee and food wasn t great though. Nice for short stays and small business meetings.

I went to their spa, the Native Club. The treatment room is nicely decorated like the entire hotel, very cozy and relaxing ambience. The sheet on the massage bed is very soft as well. It is quiet inside and you won't hear the noise from outside although it's right next to their gym. The aroma massage was pretty good and the facial was ok. They use the products from Voya which was gentle on my skin and had pleasant scent.

it is not just hotel but also offices and shopping center.
quite and suitable for any one like to have some rest
i attend confrance at one of the halls there.. where you can find facility support for every thing... start from food to technology
advice .. try it at least for one time

Really the hotel is bad and it looks like not related to Jumeirah hotels. One of the staff not friendly, hotel signs are not clear, the bathroom not shaded so it s not good for friends & sounds from the bed also it s not clean like the picture. Totally bad experience.

Beautiful room, relaxing pool, delicious breakfast. Rooms look exactly like the pictures that you see on the internet, and the staff is the nicest I've ever met. Great location, great views, comfy beds, and they care about the environment. What else can one ask for? If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would!

Good place to chill out in the evening...loved it, went to Lah Lah and they have nice sea food, Mediterranean not forgetting the terrace by the pool

The the entire idea of this place is genius, location wise it s great, ambience is right, being an affordable luxury 4-star hotel/coworking space/casual dining spot/shopping center/office complex and yet retain a unique identity is simply genius.

The food in the lobby (where it also functions as a coworking space is delicious, but it can be enhanced further, less salt is a must as most the things I tried are salty, also a slightly bigger portions would better because the portions are relatively small compared to similar outlets or at least a lower price tag or per dish to justify the smaller portion
