Very interesting design of the hotel. Great room. Great gym. Ok pool. Ver expensive hotel.

Great value for money. Efficient staff, very well maintained premises and fair pricing. The room was light and well arranged. On site restaurants Social House and Lah Lah provide a nice variety of food and ambience if you don t feel like venturing out. I also enjoyed the pool and gym which are both spacious and great amenities... I only wish the pool beds were a bit more comfortable. Overall, worth every dirham.

Excellent staff, convenient location, nice restaurants, super clean and tidy and modern design decorated. Almost perfect stay.

Only issues are:
- very noisy at night due to party at the pool, avoid weekends if want to rest (was in a high floor on the other side of the building and still was noisy)
- inconvenient valet parking. Had to leave before 8am to airport and valet starts at 8am. So had to carry for my bags to a nearby parking and search my car as i did not know where was parked. Same happened when I reached after 2am from a ling flight. Had to go to a nearby parking and park and walk back to the hotel.
- even being managed and publicized by Jumeirah, they don t accept the loyalty programme of Jumeirah. So i was not recognized as loyal guest for Jumeirah group and any special attention or detail was given.
- Very limited menu for breakfast in Social Company restaurant. I would recommend not to include breakfast and go elsewhere. Plenty of other options nearby.

A part from this, very good stay overall!

Good food. Rude Vietnamese head waitress. Few vegan options.

Poor customer service. Incompetent staff and rude managment, family and kids unfriendly. There is no sun at the pool in the afternoon and the pool area is dirty. Poor menu in restaurant and most of it not available, if u decide to dine in here you will end up feeding your kids fries and ice cream. For valet parking expect 20-30min.

LaLa is a lovely place to chill out in the evening, good service, great food and warm ambience

This place is recommended! Staff are friendly and accommodating. I love the concept of the hotel modern industrial design neat and clean. They have Pool,bar and gym. Breakfast? Is amazing! Taste so good and lot of choices

Long Story Short- I want to move in forever.

Long Story: To start off the bat, I love the in house cafe, social company the staff are kind, friendly and charming.

Right from the moment I booked I learned why this place is set apart from others.
I booked the wrong dates and didnt even notice. But a member on staff, Santosh did notice and made the adjust 3 hours after I booked.

Had he not caught , it would have ruined the entire trip.

Every single member helped make our stay.

They allowed me to leave my luggage there the night before,
They ensured I had the room I needed.
They accommodated for my lack of organization.

They allowed for the day of filming to go super smooth.

I am thankful.

Very cool casual offering from Jumeirah, professionally run albeit in a relaxed manner.. Pool Deck and bar is one of the best in Dubai.. The facilities are good, and the rooms are modern and clean. This hotel has a great management team, lead by Luke the General Manager, who seems to lead by example, and when things get particularly busy, he is not afraid to be helping out, and get in the thick of things to keep his clients happy... Distinctly different from a number of other hotel managers I could mention from competitive brands... Keep up the great work, especially for the local community.

You see they have a Playstation but they don t have a hand

I love practically everything about this hotel. Cute and homely. The sitting areas are really nice. The see through bathrooms are a bit too modern for me but they do add a nice touch. Service isnt as great as what I got at Jumeirah Creekside though as the staff were alot more casual. I like that they are conscious of the environment and refill bottles to save water. But I was quote shocked to see a waiter take a bottle from one table and top up another bottle. Hygiene concerns.

A great Boutique Hotel, modern and contemporary. Everything feels new, clean and well maintained - unlike many hotels in this price range. The rooms are light, simple and elegant, super well laid out and extremely spacious. One of the best coffees in town as well as an incredible deck with delicious restaurant that service the hotel. If you are looking for a really well priced and stylish spot, this hotel really delivers. We worked from here and it almost felt like a semi apartment, not something you can say for many places. We will continue to visit whenever in Dubai :) !

Easily accessible and very clean. Much busier on the weekends. Food prices and room prices are high for the area.

Lah Lahs is a wonderful place to meet socially or romantic night out with your partner. Relaxed and setting overlooking the pool with plenty of seating inside and out. Bery friendly staff and food is exquisite! Highly recommended!

Good convenient location. Very friendly staff and service. Lah Lah is a great food outlet. Good gym too.
With the absence of a hotel app and limited information on TV, it was very difficult to know what the hotel had to offer in terms of services. Had to call reception each time I needed information.
Have to keep in mind the hotel had only very recently opened for guests after the Covid-19 lockdown.

A new range of hotels- closer to the higher end services yet closer to the mid-range prices

Amazing facility.. Went to gym only and loved the facility.. New equipment and loads of space!

Had a peak at the other stuff too - pool and bar.. Looks great and not crazy busy!!

The environment is comfortable, the meal is delicious, the waiter is super-enthusiastic, and you can also ask the service staff to help you according to your favorite cooking style. Awesome superb experience~! Thank you~!

A great new hotel in prime residential area. Rooms are chic and contemporary with very well thought out details. Staff is quite courteous. Valet parking is a great benefit. One feedback , the breakfast needs overhaul especially for long staying guests as menu is very limited and most food is packaged breakfast, except for eggs. This could be much better in otherwise great hotel. Reduction of plastic waste with glass bottles in room and free re-filling is a much welcome practise that Dubai needs to adopt across eateries and restraunts!

We were there at Lah Lah around 12 and we asked them three times, what time the kitchen closes, they said 1:30. The waitress took our food order then she came back saying oh sorry the kitchen is closed!!! We complained to the manager but she said let me see if I can speak to the chef, as if she is doing us a favor. Extremely unprofessional and will never visit again! Avoid at all costs unless you want to ruin your day.

A good service and prices , but the breakfast not that much .

I m staying here for a 7 days , the response from the must of the staff is very bad , I asked them many times to upgrade the room they just saying we will contact you but no one calls.. some of them promise me and I m here for my fourth day ..

Wow, just wow, amazing hotel, lovely staff, the decoration is great, you feel from the whole setup that you re in a fancy high rise apartment & not a hotel room. I loved the retro touches with the fridge, lights, & other stuff. I wish there were more TV channels, especially when it comes to international sports. Lovely balcony as well.
