Nice hotel on the ledge at the edge of Lake Geneva I spent a very good nights bedding is really great the small terrace and large spaces I liked the decoration is simple but effective
Unfortunately the only problem that I encountered not in fact two the first is in the bathroom the laying of the tiles was poorly done and when you take the shower it floods the bathroom and goes into the bedroom I had room number 1.
And I did not manage to operate the kettle the next morning problem number 2 which had to be resolved very quickly I think. Thank you to this nice boss who received me and that he knows my beautiful Normandy

Stay of 2 months at this place. The reception is very nice. The studio suited me very well. Good to justify the 4th star I will say that the mattress would have been to replace. Thank you to the team anyway.

Hotel typical warm atmosphere with a spirit chalet close to the center but quiet in the room you will find the necessary to make a meal fridge dishwasher etc a well-appointed balcony a tiny TV good bedding the room was clean only big or small BMOL you must leave the room at 10:30 so if you decide to spend an evening wakeful attention to wake up and attention! 10:30 and not a minute more! Unpleasant service hidden behind a small smile my head? Maybe you will know and I forget about attention if the housework is not done! 20 to 50 euros you will be charged here as always I give you my opinions which are objective a technical opinion and my personal impression.

Located in a quiet area

cold duck in the room ... we were frozen all night ... a huge spider was waiting above the door .. friendly welcome .. however we are told that there is no breakfast on Sunday ? ... otherwise you are close to the lake .. not far from the city center .. nice park adjoining the palace of the corner ..

A superb modern lounge residence, a neat decoration, a cozy atmosphere and a warm welcome. Located 2 steps from the terms and the city center. A good address on Thonon les Bains.

We had the best stay ever at this place. Its located only a short walk to the harbour area and has stylish Jacuzzi, sauna, very beautiful garden for barbeques. The owners are great and very helpful in making the most out of your stay in Thonon!

Should have not stayed here.
The place is run by amateurs that cannot manage anything. Poor language skills, poor people skills, horrible attitude.
We booked as a party of 15 and on a Saturday night had a little party in the communal garden outside our rooms, at around 8.30 pm they came to tell us that we were noisy and could not be there or they would call the police. They shut the lights and behaved as they had received complaints from a neighbour.
Also, we ordered pizzas from a local pizza place and they "translated" for us on the phone, but they made sure to create an unpleasant situation by "accidentally" telling us the wrong total so that we would be 100 short with the pizza delivery man.

On top of that they claimed online that we littered the place. To the contrary we cleaned up after ourselves and left a few untouched bottles for them to enjoy.
