The place is run by amateurs that cannot manage anything. Poor language skills, poor people skills, horrible attitude.
We booked as a party of 15 and on a Saturday night had a little party in the communal garden outside our rooms, at around 8.30 pm they came to tell us that we were noisy and could not be there or they would call the police. They shut the lights and behaved as they had received complaints from a neighbour.
Also, we ordered pizzas from a local pizza place and they "translated" for us on the phone, but they made sure to create an unpleasant situation by "accidentally" telling us the wrong total so that we would be 100 short with the pizza delivery man.

On top of that they claimed online that we littered the place. To the contrary we cleaned up after ourselves and left a few untouched bottles for them to enjoy.
