Very informative. Site is excellent at sharing the leadership story and mission of the enterprise.

Very unprofessional company, their management team is the worst. I live at one of their properties and have had a maintannace request in for over two months and they will not fix my items on the list. Also have made several calls, emails and left many voicemails to CA Ventures and they still have not called back in almost a month.

Horrible management. Don't return phone calls when there is a problem.

I have left a few messages for the corporate office regarding my severely overdue payments for my vendor services.
No one has called me back as of yet.

Poor customer service, they have neglected to call back for weeks even though I have left multiple messages.

They're gross, an example of exactly what is wrong with Chicago. Hope they go under.

Poor knowledge, communications with potential residents and staff training practices costing them thousands in a pandemic.

I am a Vendor for one of the properties that this company manages. Can never get ahold of anyone at this office.

The people here are incredibly unprofessional. Speaking and e-mailing with them was always a poor experience as many of their staff members are extremely rude. The people here don t care about you at all.

After paying rent for 18 months, management tried sending move out fees to collections if they were not paid immediately. All for less than $300 each from 3 residents. Did not provide any explanation of charges or invoice for work done or work to be completed until it was demanded of them, and even then the explanation was incomplete. Extremely petty company that will wait until you no longer lease through them to demand immediate payment and threaten you with collection activity. Highly highly unprofessional and totally classless behavior. We were clearly put into a giant docket of former tenants to threaten with harmful credit hits in order to make up their money faster. D List moves from a company that presents itself as anything but

Horrible experience at my residence. Nothing but problem after problem. Not to mention construction was obviously rushed, and still not finished by the time we moved in. Our stairwell leaks a heavy amount whenever it rains. The office is incompetent and knows nothing about running an apartment building, but instead are skilled marketers. This company says advertises luxury but everything is subpar and I truly feel scammed into living here. Extremely poorly managed.

The worst customer service stay away from their properties... They don't maintain nor do they follow up and they don't perform as they say or are expected to... Find other property don't go to theirs
