It's a Place for Luxury living .

Prices are extremely high. Property is not worth the asking price. Complicated Payment Plans. Staff is not trained well. Extremely unprofessional. No proper info is being given. Poor communication skills. People doesn't attend their events.

Despite what is being claimed, Sobha doesn't deliver units on time. We've been recently informed that the anticpated completion date for the greens 1 building was pushed from 31/12/2017 to 30/06/2018. Be careful about their arguments on their back integrated model which is supposed to ensure on time delivery.... All lies... When you try to get explanations via the helpdesk you just get no reply. All in all just run away and stick to reputable developers.

Sobha Hartland is an upcoming freehold project adjacent to new Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid City in the heart of Dubai. The project is with many Multi-Story buildings with both commercial and residential options. Area is under development and the proposed project of tallest tower in the world as well as largest mall in the world is very close to this project.This is considered as one of the great investment opportunity

Property development company in Dubai... They seem to be very professional and deliver their projects almost on time...
Nice projects locations around Dubai and high quality products used but they are quiet expensive to own... They are always at least 20 - 25% more expensive than other projects around the same area... They justify their price hike with the quality of finishing they do... But I don't find that a reason to increase the price per sqft...
They are also rigid when it comes to down payments percentage and payment plans...

It's too early to give a proper review of this community. There are lot of things will play major role for the success of this community. Mainly the infrastructure and connectivity. About Sobha they are very particular about finishing quality. Privacy of the expensive villas due to its closed positioning might be a concern. Nearby other developers also will play a major role like Azizi. My Review is purely based on a passer by experience and not an expert judgement.

still needs development and once the club facilities and walking tracks are ready it will change. the million $$ question is when will it be ready as work has not yet started.

Went for a visit to the showroom and absolutely loved the quality and high standard of the construction. Location looked nice, but not sure if we want to purchase in this area.

Good construction developer but they have the worst management you will ever see, management and sales units hv an serious issues will definitely effect the future development its sad to see such a sys and behavior from good brand

Advise to owners , your construction and buildings give an value, sales will happen because of that not because of your sales strategy or sys, plz earn market loyalty from transparency not from brand name

We liked the demo and the person assisting us. However we could not digest the fact that we will buy an 1800 sq feet 2bhk but without a maids room in it. The quality of work and fittings are great though. It's just that for 2 bhk buyers it's not practical

Sobha Hartland is an 8 million sq. ft. waterfront community of luxurious apartments, beautiful villas and high-end townhouses located in MBR City.

The location is sort of in the middle of nowhere, in the future it will be in a development, but for now its sand and construction. The sales reps are knowledgeable and the mock up apartments are good.

Left my details for a call back. The sales person Shyam i recon had this typical way of talking to cleints wherein he says "only customers with certain salary limits can buy in shoba and not everyone.lol". I recon Shobha being what they are, should have some better and professional team of agents and not these who try to gauge their client with such statements without understanding thier requirements! If u are forcing Ur customers away like this in this difficult times, all the best to Ur sales. A bad start and taste to possible relation!

Place where I had lived some of my memories. Located at the city of Dubai, Sobha Hartland Contracting LLC are the trust worthy constructor and a Real Estate developer. They have residential and commercial buildings with basement parkings available. The quality of construction is absolutely great where in they have got a procedure of checking the construction with the Engineers, Managers, Consultants and the clients.
