Some staff are RUDE, they don t treat some service providers who are paying for gate pass properly. Their working hours is 8:30am to 5:30pm. And if you enter at 8:35am, they get mad and wish to send you out bcoz they said they don t start working yet until 8:45 (how we should know that???) To be fair, the guy who assist for gate pass & the guy for accounts are with better attitude.
I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND ITS BEEN MORE THEN 2 MONTHS IN PROCESS TO TAKE MONEY IS VERY EASY FOR THEM WHEN IT COMES TO REFUND THERE ARE PROCEDURES WOW

I have alwayes a good time when i visit them and check how they serve the residents of the Victory Heights neighborhood in Dubai Sports City ... Friendly staff and ready to meet the needs of customers ... And the most interesting how many of the stuff remember their visitors and reviewers by name and villa number and this is rarely seen elsewhere ... I wish them the best of luck and I am always happy to communicate with them and follow up all the new developments regarding current and future Victory Heights developments . Thats why I am happy to give them the rate of five stars.
Good maintainance and service of external facade of the building. Fantastic helpful staff at the Soams office. HOWEVER, just moved into the Canal Residence West Community that's under the newly appointed SOAMS management (Dubai Sports City). The fire equipment that is provided by Visions Safety was left thrown around the apartment with the fire extinguisher seemingly used and empty. Checked the service record on the extinguisher and it mentions that over the last 3 checks since 2018, the fire extinguisher has been empty and not refilled or serviced. Tried to contact both SOAMS management and Vision Safety about this and was informed that this equipment would be refitted, but it's been over a month that I've had no further communication from Vision Safety over multiple attempts, they don't even respond. Pathetic Safety company to have responsible for fire fighting equipment of your building/ apartment. Perhaps SOAMS should have someone else take care of apartment fire safety equipment keeping in mind the safety and welfare of the tenants. I can only hope I don't ever need to use a fire extinguisher in my house ever as Vision Safety doesn't seem to care about the issue. Pathetic service and communication.
The worst management ever! they don t hold responsibility of anything and dont know who to talk or deal with customers complaint if there is less than a star i would give
Good team, open to discussions, some times your request is not under their responsibility (Developer issue) so they can t help it!
