Really disappointed in my experience with Roeing so far. We are a small business looking for help with hardware product. Had very little to show for the $1750 paid for the "free" 30 day trial. After trial, we were left on our own to set up with no customer support from the consultant we were working with. Where is the customer support component of buying a Microsoft product? Every question we had for Roeing required a new invoice in order to answer it.When we expressed our dissatisfaction to our consultant, he just continued to reiterate we have to pay to get any more help.
My advice is never ask any service from this company.
