They mispackaged my items, damaged in shipping, now ups won't pay out.
Posted hours said 8am online and at the store, but they did not open. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up. No one came or answered the phone.
Had a painting shipped. Frame is broken and now the absolute BS you have to go through to get ut repaired is mind boggling.
Shipped from Texas to Florida, then had to send back to Texas and now have to fill out this form and that form and still dont have my painting.
Their insurance is a scam and apparently their packaging your items and transporting them suck as well.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS...and the insurance is a scam as well. Its been like 2 weeks and they are still evalauting the painting. Really?
Update - 6 months and still no resolution...Horrible service and Todd told me I was just screwed, and nothing he can do. We paid TODD to ship the item, it gets passed of and on the merry gonround you go...no one pays a penny to you and your screwed

I had a mailbox at this store for about nine months. I always found the staff helpful and professional. They exceeded my expectations more than once.
I left a review earlier giving 1 star because they are closing 1 hour before their advertised closing time (7pm) because of "covid" which means the store has to close an hour earlier for some reason?
I am leaving this review with a comment only about the young lady who helped me when I returned. She was nice, immediately greeted me, and took care of my package asap. SHE gets five stars.
Stay away from ups I shipped 3 boxes from toronto on dec 18th its jan 4th and still not here I was promised 3 day shipping they are a bunch of liars stay away fed x or the post office is a much better choice
I arrived FIVE MINUTES before the store's posted "closing" time. The door was locked already, and the young man came to the door and stated they were "already closed." I looked at the time on my watch and phone and showed him while he just kept shaking his head "no." I explained my package was ready to go, already paid for, and I just had to drop it off. He still refused to unlock the door and turned away my business! How incredibly lazy, unprofessional, and rude! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They must be doing extremely well in today's economy to treat customers so poorly and turn away business.
Paid priority service to have an office laptop sent to my corporate office to get worked on. They said it would arrive in 2 days. 7 days later still a no show. Called this store multiple times on Monday with no answer, so I inconveniently had to drive to the store to get my package tracked and figure out what s going on. Found out the guy at the front had the USPS pick up my package and he said he can t help and is out of his control since he shipped with USPS. The question is, why the heck would a UPS store use their competition to send a package across the country??? Still no resolution and credit for the complete cluster I m going through right now. Companies have low ratings for a reason, so please consider this before you use this store.

This UPS Store was recommended to me by another business. As a national and international contractor, shipping and receiving are crucial to my business. I am very demanding and I have very high standards and expectations. Without any hesitation; I fully recommend this UPS store to anyone. The Staff; Tracey, Martin, and Dillon continuously go above and beyond my every expectation!! Because of this great team, is why; now I am on my third year and for me that speaks volumes! I frequent two to three times a day. The most shocking thing to me is seeing how some people come in there with self inflicted problems. Some customers treat the staff so disrespectful and harsh and expect them to fix or blame them for these customers self inflicted problems. Yet, this crew of true professionals does not miss a beat and still provides amazing service. I still recall my first encounter in this store with Martin, it was a memorable experience, really nice guy. Tracey is so resourceful and very caring. Dillon is very kind and helpful. I could not ask for a better crew. If you are a business and you need constant shipping and receiving that is reliable and dependable, this UPS store will take care of you. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!!!
Every time I come to this store the front desk guy never talks to me. I said have a wonderful day and he said nothing. But the lady before me he had a full convo with her. I am always nice and friendly. I will not be coming back to this store. 4 times of the same treatment is enough. You can't talk. I can't spend money with you.
Wow the guy here really should just quit and find a position where he does not have to even look at other people, much less have to interact with them. I will drive out of my way to other locations from here on out.
Truly appreciated the customer service I received from Martin today being in the rush I was in. I literally was there no more than 2 minutes. He was friendly and definitely made my 1st visit very fast and easy.
The staff went above and beyond. I am 9 months pregnant and they offered to help me get my packages from the car. There was a line out the door and the staff was overwhelmed but they continued to treat everyone politely and take care of them as quickly as possible. I was very impressed.
The girl was really nice and set up exactly what we needed and helped us get a much more impressive delivery date & price.

Their repeated mistakes cost us money and customers.
Once, they screwed up the label. An overnight package was delivered to us instead of the customer because the customer's address was unreadable due to their damage to the package.
We've shipped orders on customer accounts and had issues. For example, they said a customer order was good, sent the items to Argentina, and a month later billed us for the shipment - as much as the cost of the merchandise. UPS customer service won't help us because we're not the end customer receiving the items, and the customer who received the items - Indusys - says go talk to UPS. We were billed $150 by UPS for what Indusys should have paid - and the UPS store said they were being billed.
I think there are a few things we've shipped they actually got right, but it is maybe HALF of what they've handled. We've literally paid for their mistakes, and UPS management has alternated between "maybe you screwed up the customer order" to "go talk to your customer". Yeah, UPS management told us go talk to other people about their mistakes.
Just came to the store to drop off a package and, no joke, the guy working there locked the door and hid in the back from us. First time coming to the store and our package was all ready to go. It just needed to be taped up and shipped. So crazy.
They are so amazing and nice to me every time I'm there. Been working with them for years and I've never had any issues. I'll be with them for years to come.
Great staff and great owner. I believe the owner is Todd. He delivered excellent customer service and his staff was respectful and quick. I applaud this location and urge everyone to use this location. I had four packages which were all sent within a matter of minutes. 5/5!!! Will now be coming to this location for my shipping needs.
I've been to this store several times. They are quick and helpful. One time they even gave me a stamp.
In my family, there was talk of government. After being stranded at post office for over an hour, I bet my son that we would be in the UPS store less than 5 minutes. It took two minutes. I love this place because they take care of you and get you in and out incredibly quickly.
Been there several times when they were supposed to be open in the morning to find them closed.
Don't stand in line at the post office, go here instead. Really helpful around the holidays

Always fast and friendly. The guy who works there nearly every day has a good sense of humor. If I needed UPS for anything else I would use this store.
I don't know who the people who left bad reviews interacted with but my experience with excellent. I needed to ship a 10'x14' rug back to a vendor. Dillan happily helped me wrap up the rug so it would be acceptable to ship. It was a much more challenging task because of the size of the rug. However, Dillan was a class act and charged me what I felt was MUCH LESS than he should have. Thank you for going above and beyond for us. We'll be back! A++
Tried to ship a plastic grip for a rifle, was honest and told them it was a gun part and was told they would not ship it because they would refused to ship gun parts. UPS and this retail owner doesn't respect the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. They like the freedom of this country for their profits, but want to dictate politics to their customers. Do not give these people business. Btw, you can see the 'gun part' below.

Store is NOT open until 7 pm. I wasted a trip here, got here 6:02pm and they've closed early because of... COVID 19. SERIOUSLY? FIX YOUR HOURS OR OPERATE LIKE A NORMAL BUSINESS.
