This place is lacking leadership and teamwork, those who are team leaders will not even do a professional job during swing shift I noticed that the team leaders from the different stations will be on their phone as if they re taking advantage of being leaders. It s ridiculous when you re working hard and someone else is not giving the same effort especially when it s the leader . The lack of team work, the laziness of effort that s given is just disappointing.

Be warned that this company does not fix their mistakes. The proof we approved and the products we received were two different colors (we ordered navy lanyards with grey lettering and received purple lanyards with white lettering). When we brought this to their attention they said that they did their best to match the colors and they would not try to rectify the situation.
PO# 6339COrder # CO-0539067 This is my second order with you and I must say I am deeply disappointedI received a copy of my order which had a total of $196.00. It listed a set-up charge for lip balm that I did not order. Then I went to make a prepayment and no total was shown ANYWHERE! How am I supposed to authorize an open payment?
Well heck SNUGZ is reputable so I went ahead. I got a receipt for a 215.60 payment. Nearly a $20.00 overcharge so I called customer service and was warned "high caller volume."
I started out at caller 16. 15 minutes later I was caller #13. That's not high caller volume, that's inadequate staffing! To summarize, your order entry is flawed, you can't trust your billing and you don't give customer service adequate support. Snugz will now be low on my list of potential suppliers
All of these negative reviews make me so sad. I've worked at Snugz for almost 4 months and so far it's been amazing! At first I started cleaning sticky stuff off of jigs, which hold lanyards during printing. I stayed in that position for a few days and I couldn't stand it so I spoke with HR to see what my other options were. I moved to labeling and it was awesome! I loved the people I worked with even though I was literally putting labels on chapstick. I went for the call center, I was originally turned down for the position even with 3+ years of call center experience, 5+ years of customer service experience and several months of management experience in a call center environment. But then I was offered the job after another prospect didn't show up. It's hard, busy work - but it's a high end call center. It's a hard position to obtain and there is actually A LOT of flexibility. My coworkers have needed to have their child with them the last 30 minutes of work or so and they've accommodated. I've busted my butt to provide world class customer service and try to work like a CEO with every project, every order, every obstacle. A top of the market company needs top of the market employees too. Just because you don't get the job you initially want here does NOT make this company a bad company to work for or aim for. There are so many different levels of positions and so many opportunities! There are company wide parties every few months, there are weekly meetings to improve the company, there are new ideas that are actually taken into account by management and action is taken to make good chances happen. It's the first job I've had where I felt like my suggestions are actually heard and acted upon. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a job NOW with good people. Our production jobs hire immediately, no interview, just have to pass a drug test!
After going through the whole process of getting interviewed. They'll just turn around and tell you that you don't want the job. Before they take you on a tour or have you Shadow with someone to see if you feel it's a good fit or not . I was upbeat person in the group interview, team player, and pro at deescalate. I intimidate men all the time . I never thought I would intimidate a business that I wanted to work for.
At first when I started working here I thought I would end up liking this place. The people were nice and I felt good about coming into work . After a couple of weeks I noticed people started giving me weird looks including the supervisor and team leader . They would always try to find something to criticize me for and when they didn t they would find something else to use against me . The employees are very nosey and spread a lot of gossip. No one does their jobs including the team leader and supervisor which just stand around talking the whole time , the rest of the employees are just on there phones & messing around 24/7 . The pay is very little for what they have you do & it is also VERY BORING!! The older men there are very pervertive I would always catch them staring at my rear end and complimenting me . That company made me feel very uncomfortable !!! They will fire you over any little thing you do which is idiotic because the ones that should be getting fired are the supervisors and team leaders for NOT ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOB . This place is just a joke you are better off working at McDonald s!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!
"I just want to start by saying that i send the owner and ceo president love and light". Thank you for giving me JOB when i needed one. What i don't like about this company is they only give you, a 30 minute lunch and "NO BREAK whats so ever" . To who it may concern PLEASE help the people get at least one 15 minute break.fyi i see the people and they are so tired . I don't work for snugz anymore but i just want to help the people get one break. Snugz is a good place to work for they just need to help the people to get one break.
Love it working at sgunz. Yes i did have problems with some of the co worker i just didn't pay any attention to those people. Went to work and did my job.
