This place is lacking leadership and teamwork, those who are team leaders will not even do a professional job during swing shift I noticed that the team leaders from the different stations will be on their phone as if they re taking advantage of being leaders.
It s ridiculous when you re working hard and someone else is not giving the same effort especially when it s the leader .
The lack of team work, the laziness of effort that s given is just disappointing.
