Ski slope is top, service in restaurant very bad.
Reserved at 6 p.m. for 11 people to be able to ski afterwards. They are unable to get the group to eat at the same time .. the main course was served in stages, which meant that half had to eat in advance and the other half had to wait at least 5-10 minutes. That just can not be. Same with dessert. Service sensed the frustration well and ignored us. But can have two drinks in the evening. Food is good, but service and speed rubbish .. a shame because the restaurant was not half full yet. I would definitely go skiing here, but if you want to have dinner with a group (you) look a little further!

Geiler park, affordable entry (especially Mjt Studirabat) -> fun guaranteed!

Big and fun! Not too busy, and definitely worth it even if you live an hour or two further like me. Too bad I went to record so often. But too stubborn for a lesson haha. Price is doable, I think the Crazy Summer deal (BBQ + Day Entrance) is highly recommended!

A nice place to spend free time at any time of the year. It's nice to visit the area, to the sculpture described at the top, to which you have to go through 520 stairs.

Food was very tasty, the service is mediocre, no time for customers and very short. Even giving the menu was too much

Unfortunately ski pass again more expensive compared to last year. Parking again more expensive. Still the same buckets under tubes in the dressing rooms. Will never be solved I think. Chairlift often silent or super slow. You don't pay to hang still? Ski hut on piste far too few bar stools and speed control a disaster. After 15 minutes not yet taken care of. (Like yesterday evening). Maintenance piste / building is really not done. Inside ski slope shows many rust spots (also last year). A lot of cash, but maintain a good zero!

The next best thing you can get after the mountains.

Closest thing to a mountain you are going to get indoors. Staff are superb, slope almost always in excellent condition. Terrain park is magnificent for an indoor slope.

Top ... great for discovering skiing or warming up before winter sports

Visited several ski halls in Europe but Landgraaf is and remains my favorite. This is because it has a large, wide and fast passenger lift. Keep it up!

Good sliding with the boys, cases and glasses crooked but now it fits better so also a good optician!

Nice ski slope. Many choices from the slopes and extensive fun park. Was pretty quiet so could be nice and hard.

31-10-2018 We have been coming here for years. But after renovations last month the kitchen is no longer available for table service and coffee. A latte macchiato for 3.25 is way too much.

A shame for such a beautiful location. From now on we will drink our coffee elsewhere.

Been today anyway and now a bored ministry who came to help us after calling. A boy who brought us the wrong order with the message that we had to go to the next round ourselves.
We indicated that the wrong coffee had been delivered. But we would drink it anyway. That gave him some confusion but okay. We were allowed to pay the more expensive coffee at checkout. I have not said anything more about this. Too bad, but we are looking for a new place from now on ...

Very nice indoor ski slope, with both a chair lift and a drag lift. Can be very busy on weekends. Pay attention when you buy your ticket online: when picking up material, you first have to have your online ticket scanned (first counter), and only then pick up your boots / skis!

Poor ticketing service; I wanted to try out snowboarding but accidentally ordered a 2 hour ticket while there was a 4 hr ticket discount ongoing. Tried to have it adjusted or get it paid back, but they didn't want to help. You pay enough to rent all the additional equipment, and then they just advice you to sell the tickets yourself or come back another time ($$$)

Great job, you can handle the speed well they have a few nice jumps. Furthermore, food was also good. In the afternoon it was busy at the lifts, but that is of course also a bit part of it.

Was very funny especially the climbing and the toboggan run.

Summer bobsleigh track to recommend, 5 trips 10 as a companion with driving for free ... To ski hall itself, I can not say anything, so 3 stars

The owner of snowworld only sells greasy snacks and other unhealthy food because it has a lot of margin. This man is a tasteless moneymaker without passion. Disgusting

Nice courses but very busy. Search for an available locker for your things and stumble over the ski boots that are all thrown there.

Good ski slope, more then enough parking, good food.. I has a good Sunday evening!

We went there for a short ice cream break. Although we had to wait untill the waitress served us, they delivered the ice cream pretty quickly with the appropriate additions for the children.

Great place to go skiing! Nice staff and good food as a bonus

After 4 hours of intensive skiing, we went for a Vleesfondu in the restaurant. Was nice and you could order as much as you wanted.

Everything from the welcome, the changing rooms, the infrastructure, the food, the equipment, etc .. was very good and tidy

The longest indoor slope in the Netherlands, it even has a Doppelmayr 6 seat lift. Good condition snow and great scenery.

Super fun climbing park where you really spend a few hours if you want to do everything Inc the zip line that is also included. Nice for various ages

Good opportunity to get the feeling for snowboarding or skiing before skiing in the Alps. There are great teachers and the prices are moderate.

Despite the worldwide pandemic and travel ban, I did not want to postpone the booking by 12 months. Very bad service. Absolutely not recommendable!

Overnight stay with many annoyances,
Last weekend we booked an overnight stay + 4 hours ski pass.
the skiing was fun but the system and staff creates a lot of frustration and takes down the fun of skiing.

In the email of the booking it says if you arrive at the hotel later that 18:00 you have to call so we will call on the way but after waiting 10 minutes the connection will simply be disconnected. Then I called the reception of Snowworld itself, they don't answer. The callback option in the phone menu is also not executed in time.

After arrival the reception indicates that they have telephone problems but while we are waiting we just see the phone ring and it is not answered by the receptionist.

The next day, in good spirits, completely ready to hit the slopes, the tire doesn't work for you. back to top with your ski boots on, new straps don't work either: @ back again now "old passes" got these works fortunately.

Great skiing and enjoyed the lazy sunday and now back home, the next day still waiting for a refund of the deposit but that will be fine I hope ..

Took some lessons and the instructor was really good.

The ski lift did break down once or twice, but they have multiple so it wasn't really an issue.
The restaurant/bar is recommended for afterwards.

Waiting a quarter for a first aid on the piste. Who couldn't do anything for my buddy with his arm coming out

Very good, unfortunately something always went wrong with the I clock so that I could no longer enter. Still had 45 minutes left on the slopes.

Have done a super nice drink and a snack. Was super well cared for and certainly after the walk we first made. Service was super friendly and then asked for some information at the reception and also received super customer friendly and spoke to definitely go back again to eat the delicious hamburger and salad and take a walk
