Terrible, just terrible service. Their "customer service" is just ridiculous. Go elsewhere, Hansen's or google other transportation companies. Trust me, do yourself the favour.

I used Snowbirds for a work relocation from Toronto to Vancouver. My truck arrived in Vancouver a little bit dirty (to be expected from a cross-country trip on an open trailer) but free from any new scratches or damage.

The trip did take longer than expected, on their site it says 7-14 days for a typical East-West move but it took 22 for me. Luckily I was notified in advance of this and was able to plan accordingly. If you are looking for a more time-sensitive solution I would suggest contacting other companies or speak to a representative for SAC on the phone before making a decision...

It's difficult to describe the low quality of service provided by this company. Yes, my car eventually made it from point A to point B, but there is a big but... It arrived damaged. 2 months later the damages have not been fixed. The customer service was displeasing as well and they were very difficult to communicate with regarding the delivery of my vehicle. At one point I was blamed for not being available to pick up my vehicle, because it got to the destination ahead of me. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend it.

My car was stolen from their depot in Florida the night before it was suppose to be delivered to me. Their insurance does not accept any responsibility, my insurance had to pay me the full replacement value.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!! Referred a client of mine to this place, they were transporting a vehicle from Florida to Toronto. They ended up using this company and said there service was just horrible.I asked for a referral fee for referring this customer when i called to arrange the deal....they said NO. Other transport companies will give you a referral fee.Never sending anyone else !!!

Recently shipped my car from Toronto to Florida they said it would reach within 1 week and I received my car 2 days earlier. Customer service was good one gentleman went the extra mile to locate the truck my car was being transported on and sent me a picture to re ensure me that my car was on the way. Only issue I had was my car was really dirty when I picked it up I made sure to have it professionally washed before it left Toronto and when I picked it up there was wax spills on it I had to get it re detailed if they had car covers or cleaned the car as you pick It up this company would be A1

From the administrative staff Lisa to Elinor, Ron who is the owner and waited around for me on Christmas eve to Alex who did the actual delivery of my vehicle it was simple and a pleasant experience. Without a doubt I would 100% not only use them again but I would 1000% reccomend SAC to everyone, it is inexpensive not even comparable to any other company that gave me quotes. My car showed up the day of my arrival. They were the quality of customer service and actual experience of this company was 10 out of 10.

I would never recommend this company, I have shipped 15 vehicles across the country and this has been by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I received phone calls of vandalism on the vehicle because a employee was kicking the car in the lot. They later deemed it unsafe to ship because of a loose handbrake. All wheels were scuffed while in their possession and had total disregard for the well being of my vehicle. I would not ship a vehicle through them if they offered it for free just to avoid the hastle of damages on the vehicle, the drivers are incredibly inexperienced and customer service does not exist.

Must of done some joy riding in our car before loading it on the truck. Car arrived damaged with gravel lodged in the underbody and brakes. Steering and alignment were off and required extensive work and was still unable to bring our beautiful car back to it's condition that it was before it was dropped off. Called to discuss with Snowbirds and he was not only rude and beligerent but said "read the fine print" we aren't responsible, wouldn't even listen to what damages they had caused. Think twice, find someone else if you value your automobile.

We were very pleased with the level of service, very professional and delivered on time. Our car was delivered to Florida, left on a Friday and dropped off on the following Tuesday morning. Thank you!

W P C hauling snowbirds are the best company and hauling they do a great job

This was the first time we dealt with SAC. From the start we were very pleased how our questions were answered over the phone. When we took the car to their office to drop it off the entire procedure was handled quickly and efficiently. Our car arrived in Florida a day earlier than we expected and we were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the driver. We would certainly use this company again and highly recommend it.

Just shipped a Jeep from ON to FL and everything went like clockwork with delivery right to my door. Their delivery partner in FL Leverock was also great, my Jeep was washed before it go to me. It was easy to get delivery updates from both Snowbirds and Leverock. No issue commending them!

This is a good company the drivers on most part care very much on the cars we load I cant speak for all but most of us care a lot it is amazing what people can put on a web page about a company when I.
Only been doing this job for abt 8 mths an the things we have to go through is utterly amazing some people think there new car doesn't have Mark's or scratches got news for you all a new car at dealer hases scratches on it an the we the drivers have to put up with dont use window not working well think people how about check your brakes as well I cant say but been at least 5 or 8 cars so far with little to no brakes on them an as for e brake number a lot higher safety is at all work places please use some common sence please we like to go home as well but some of you dont even care about your own safety

The WORST customer service I ve ever experienced in my life. The lady who answers the phone has mental health issues and clearly wasn t offering good service with her poor phone etiquette. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR CAR. They re severely incompetent and disturbingly unhelpful.

I send email for asking the invoice for my car, they replied 2 days after. Hope they can improve the operation system. Have some other troubles for my shipping, but they showed effort to mitigate the problems.

Our experience was shockingly similar to GE's. I could have written the same review word for word. A bizarre and unethical way to treat a repeat customer but never again. 0/5 star experience!

Hey Everyone, after over 2-3 months of research I happened to come across Snowbirds Auto Connection. The move of my BMW M550i Xdrive vehicle was from New Jersey, USA to Toronto, Canada. My move was going to be tricky especially because I had paid my car off in full a month before the actual move was booked. I did not have a clean title but had the lien release documentation and a paid in full letter. Elinor was extremely helpful in providing me with all the information needed to make the move possible.

I was nervous about it being a scam and I used to call them everyday to make sure the car was indeed going to be picked up and dropped off since I made the full payment in advance for the move. Despite all the stress, my call was picked up everyday and I was reassured by the constantly caring loving staff. My car was literally picked up on a Thursday morning and delivered to me in Toronto on Friday. SHOCKING BUT TRUE. They moved my car in literally a day after pick up.

The car was indeed dirty when I received it but why should anyone blame the company for it, the weather was a havoc during the beginning weeks of February, 2021. I did have my personal belongings in the car and none of them were touched or even moved. Snowbirds indeed did take care of my car and respected all my valuables in the car.

This company is constantly in touch with the winter weather warnings issued for areas that they are going to use during the transport and alter pick up and drop off dates accordingly. As a result, they are very particular about the safety of the driver and the cars being transported. Not a single extra scratch or damaged component on the car.

They are very helpful from the initial contact thru the delivery of my vehicle.

Don't use this company to ship your vehicle! On my vehicle delivery date I waited all day for my vehicle to arrive. I finally got fed up of waiting and called them. They told me my truck was in Winnipeg and wouldn't be there till tomorrow. Next day arrives and they told me they forgot it on the truck. I was told I would be called back each day which I never received... then I called them the next day and after hanging up on me twice they told me they will call me back once they get a hold of the driver... never got a call back. I finally got an email around 5pm saying that my truck won't be delivered till next week... Absolute joke!

Relative to the terrible experiences I've had previously with international movers and shippers (goods or auto), Snowbirds was great to deal with.

Biggest pro: They were fast & the car arrived in the same condition it was shipped.

There were a few hiccups and surprises I wasn't expecting, but Ron (the owner) and his team were always just a phone call away. They are committed to doing right by the customer, which is a welcome philosophy in their industry.

So while it wasn't a seamless 5* star experience, in the end, I know Ron and team were there to help when I needed them to come through.

Using this company was neither easy nor transparent. For example, the company did not provide realistic timelines or even manage expectations about potential delays. Our vehicle was taken from us on 21 December and was due to arrive in another province between 3-5 January. Having inquired on the status of my vehicle, the company has informed me that it has not even left their facility as of 5 January. This would have been great to know on any of the days leading up to the initial timeframe they provided, as I needed to take days off work to accommodate their schedule. When it comes to delivery times, this company s lackadaisical position may work for pensioners with no schedule, but not for families who require some semblance of order. I suspect that there is a fair degree of disconnect between dispatch and the individuals taking orders.

If you are looking for a hassle-free move or relocation, I would steer clear of this company. If you are relocating and need to coordinate multiple property movements, I strongly advise against using this company s services.

One word...TERRIBLE. My car did arrive on time but has paint damage from where it was strapped to their carrier. They say "it was previous damage" but will not provide their photos they took of the car prior to it being loaded. Customer service is a joke, email the rep. and they reply a few days later and don't answer the questions you ask them. I would push my car across Canada before I ever let them touch it again. If I could give zero stars I would.

A fabulous service.. Picked up my car from my driveway in Mississauga on Friday and delivered to my driveway in Estero, Florida on Tuesday.
Top notch knowledgeable people in the office, pickup and delivery drivers efficient and courteous. They guided me through the whole process and could not have gone smoother.
6 stars if I could!!!

I will never use this company again........ my car was shipped from the east coast to the northwest. The front end was hit and over 2500 in damages that I had to claim on my insurance. When I called to speak with a rep, the only way I could communicate was by email as no one would talk to me on the phone. Never again Next letter......the Better Business Bureau 0\0 stars

These guys were great! They are a car carrier with their own trucks, not a broker. They promised Calgary to Toronto in 7-10 days, and it arrived in 10 days due to winter weather conditions (which was why I didn't want to drive in the first place). They gave me a really good promotional rate too. I asked ShipMyRide if they could beat it and they said they couldn't, even though they promise to beat any other car carrier rate by 10%. The car was a little dirty but had no damage.
