The WORST customer service I ve ever experienced in my life. The lady who answers the phone has mental health issues and clearly wasn t offering good service with her poor phone etiquette. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR CAR. They re severely incompetent and disturbingly unhelpful.
