Using this company was neither easy nor transparent. For example, the company did not provide realistic timelines or even manage expectations about potential delays. Our vehicle was taken from us on 21 December and was due to arrive in another province between 3-5 January. Having inquired on the status of my vehicle, the company has informed me that it has not even left their facility as of 5 January. This would have been great to know on any of the days leading up to the initial timeframe they provided, as I needed to take days off work to accommodate their schedule. When it comes to delivery times, this company s lackadaisical position may work for pensioners with no schedule, but not for families who require some semblance of order. I suspect that there is a fair degree of disconnect between dispatch and the individuals taking orders.
