I have been coming here since the 60s and its a wonderful place winter and summer, I just wish they would open up the wildcat parking lot to season pass holders like myself. Its really disappointing to see all the cars parked on the road when there is a perfectly good parking lot within sight with a locked gate. Common sense would dictate parking on the road is dangerous and unnecessary, common guys get the cars off the road and let people park here every day of the week!

This is my new favorite ski resort in Utah. But, as the locals say, don't tell anyone. The mountain is beautiful, the runs are well maintained and the food is the best I've had at a ski resort. I was also impressed with the lodges. Even the bathrooms are immaculate! The staff was very friendly too. I'm from SLC and it's an hour drive but that's not much different from Alta or Brighton. I'm considering a season pass here now. This was my first time skiing here and I came on a mountain collective pass.

Great food, great staff, great mountain! The skiing is very dynamic with all kinds of options and types of terrain. The two gondolas are great on those cold days! The food is incredible at all locations and the foodie events are always a treat. Blues brews and barbecue in the summer is a blast.

This is the place to be! Close proximity to Ogden/Layton which means less time on the road and more time on the mountain; some of the best prices in Utah for season passes; good variety of terrain for beginners and intermediate riders--a touch of expert terrain as well; beautiful lodges courtesy of the 2002 Winter Olympics; friendly staff; etc, etc, etc. Did I mention that they (usually) get good snow?

Snowbasin Resort is one of the premier resorts in Utah. It is absolutely gorgeous. It's located just a few minutes away from one of the most beautiful lakes/dams in Utah (Pineview Dam).

Snowbasin is fun family action year-round. They have the best snow on Earth and they have some of the best summer activities as well.

Nicest bathrooms I've seen at any ski resort! Passed through Snow Basin while running the Wasatch Back Ragnar and this place is beautiful! The seating areas were very nice and the views were amazing both driving up to the resort and at the resort. Need to come here during the winter!

We took the gondola ride to the top and then hiked to the top of the mountain. It was so exilerating. My son played in the snow on the peak in June! After, we had a lunch of grilled burgers overlooking the incredible scenery. Visit if you get the chance. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a season pass to Snowbasin when I moved to Logan after skiing Snowbird and Alta my whole life. Probably the best decision I made while living in Logan. Everything about Snowbasin is special. I never thought I would say this, but Snowbasin is my favorite ski resort.

I had a lesson done by "Scooter" with a lot of my friends, he was super knowledgeable and taught me a lot of stuff, but he wouldn't let me do very much. After feeling way good and way confident on the skis, I really wanted to do more runs, but he wouldnt let us, and also we had a lady in our group that wasn't very good and struggled for a while, so we spent most of the day waiting, and legit only got 2 runs on little cat and 1 whole run down the mountain in the time span from 11:00 to 3:00, not exaggerating . But, when he gave us free time a 3:00pm it was worth it and we got a lot of runs down.

Fast lifts, good runs, friendly staff, clean facilities, good food. Both my kids learned to ski here and the ski school staff were great. You can go online and rent gear before arriving which saves money and time; you can also skip the first line.

Way too many people on the mountain! 4 out of 6 people in our group got hit by another person flying down the mountain in the "Family Zone" areas. Once this happened to my daughter right in front of a ski patrolman and there were no repercussions to the advanced skier who took her out. The only way I will ever be back is if I can go on a regular Weekday.

Summer visit. A lot of fun. The gondola ride is a must. And the kids loved the mini golf. The brunch at the top of the mountain was a little disappointing. The buffet had plenty of choices but the quality of the food was a little lacking. (My 'Prime' roast was crispy in places) The staff at the restaurant were, however, fantastic.

For years I've heard Snowbasin called Utah's hidden gem. After spending two days there last March, I can attest that this is true. For me Snowbasin combined the best parts of Park City, Canyons, Snowbird, Deer Valley, and Alta. I plan to return next year for a longer visit, as they are kinda sorta on the Epic pass (limited days).
