Buying a bed for the first time after moving out of home was a daunting experience, with so many different brands and stores that was an insurmountable task for a 20 year old. However, upon visiting Snooze Fountain Gate, Renato quickly put me at ease and made an otherwise challenging process comfortable. He went above and beyond, educating me not only on the different types of mattress, but also helping identifying which would be the best whilst taking into account my budget as a uni student. Renato has a knowledge base that is far greater than any google search can provide you with, and he so eloquently explained the mechanics of a mattress in an understandable way. His customer experience and empathy makes it very easy to recommend him to all consumers in this space, I ll recommend him to all friends and family without hesitation and will be a customer for life.

Purchased a technogel pillow online under stage 4 restrictions via click and collect.
Renato called to advise he would drop off at our location in Clyde.
I realised the pillow wasn't the size I was after, and Renato came out the next day to swap pillows.

If you want the best customer service and price go see Renato. He helped us find the best bed and mattress suited to me and my partner. We told him what wanted and he did not try and sell us an over priced mattress/bed. We went to a couple of different bedding stores, but in the end you always go back to one who delivers the amazing warm friendly service. I will be recommeding Renato to all my family and friends. I was recommended by family to see Renato at Snooze when looking for my new mattress. I went to a few different places but Renato was definitely the best. I only wanted a mattress and at no point did he ever try to push me into buying anything more. He listened to what I wanted and my thoughts on different mattresses I tried and quickly found me exactly what I was after.
