Purchased a technogel pillow online under stage 4 restrictions via click and collect.
Renato called to advise he would drop off at our location in Clyde.
I realised the pillow wasn't the size I was after, and Renato came out the next day to swap pillows.

Customer service from Renato was beyond exceptional. Would highly recommend this store for anyone searching for bedding goods.
