I want to give a job well done to the entire Phase 4 Supervisor team. Tho at times you are not given credit and you get grief from time to time. You continue to improve as a unit. Continue to grow. Today you gave a Thanksgiving dinner that supplied enough food for 2 shifts....outstanding results. The team enjoyed the meal and the surprise of having enough for everyone. It's the small things that matter at certain times. And I thank you for the outstanding effort...

No issues. Came as per my appointment time checked in at 1030 and on my by 1200. So try to be here by appointment time you will have no issue. Have scale in the plant .
I feel I'm driving a dry box again all ive done here is sit and wait and wait I cant belive a company this large is so unmanaged. If you drive a bulk tanker and your coming here, turn the load down. Save yourself the aggravation
Waiting on PRELOADED TRAILER 5hours and still counting. Funny when security phone someone that seems to be handling the loads but the person is in a glass office next to security desk pretty much very poor management and they DONT WANT YOU STAGING IN YARD no driving time left no driving away not want to ever comeback here. Oh and they give u a beeper like olive garden. LOL
Not the greatest not the worst; it took 3 hours to get me loaded after my appointment time, im in log pappers but what about those in E-logs? I still dont know how that F... they going to do when the E-logs law comes in December
Slow getting you loaded. Make sure you have a pair of pants and regular t shirt, no tank top or shorts, then after you get your pants and t shirt on get ready to be here a while
Some of security needs to be better behavior how they talking drivers. And another one is the no signs for the drivers like park your truck and check in Wearing tol pants. Bring your driver license wach some videos so security they sending you back to the three- times Also using rude words Drivers try more tolerance about that. Thank you
I gave this facility one star because negative stars weren't a option. Worst place to load or unload for tanker ever DON'T come here. Refuse this load!!!
One star do the the unprofessional security. Everybody has bad days and I understand this. But there was a misunderstanding between the broker and myself and for loaded with the wrong load. I left and came back. I proceeded to tell the lady this needs to be fixed. She raised her voice you re not going to tell me what to do she wouldn t listen to me tell I raised my voice. After calls to the broker and management, it was ad simple as her making a phone call to the office to get it straightened out. So 7hrs after arrival I officially left. I will not come back nor send my drivers here just because of security!
Live loading here is a nightmare. They randomly place containers, dumpsters, totes, barrels and other nonsense on the sides which you need to properly maneuver into place. After they spend four hours using teaspoons to load the tank, you have to turn around in their back area cluttered with totes then back through where you came in. On top of all that, your scheduled time is meaningless. Expect a long wait.
People are friendly but if you're driving a tanker save yourself the hassle and don't come here. Very slow to load. Loaded here twice. First time took 3.5 hrs, second time took 4.5 hrs
This is only my experience,the facility is easy to go in and out,easy to dock,very professional security personal,same at the loading dock. Park,then walk in to check in (DL needed). scale out on the outside lane(if you need to),figure axle weight yourself.
Second time here waiting for a trailer that was supposed to be preloaded. First time 8 hours sitting this time 6 and counting. Us drivers are on electronic logs, we cant be sitting around, were expected to be on time we expect the same in return.
Worth place ever top of my list by far!! First the check in nightmare, 2 guards to check in a constant flow of in and out traffic, at that moment you realize this is going to be a freaking nightmare. Then they take 5 hours to load a tanker, and on top of that these clowns move slowler than my 90 year old grandma!! Oh and when they finally load you, no one lets you know you are already loaded, so you can be seating there easily 15 or 20 minutes wondering what the heck....., oohh but wait.. they ask you for the safety card first..... whats the point? It no one follows procedures at this place? Its freaking miracle that there are no accidents every week at that place!!! But lets blame who should be blame: MANAGEMENT!! THIS PLACE SUCKS NOT BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE NOR THE WAY THEY WORK, BUT BECAUSE OF THE LOUSY MANAGEMENT THAT PLACE HAS!!
It took this sloths 7 hours to load me, 3 hours sitting in holding area waiting for a door (saying "they are not ready to load me" when I came right ON-TIME for my appointment) and then 4 hours at the dock all by myself. Very disappointing experience with this facility. Management of SNF shame on you for terrible work discipline.
This company has been like a home to me, after retiring from th United States Army. They took me in, trained me here and send me to France, Boston, Atlanta. So in return I have given 150% back. By taking on more responsibility for other tasks that needed to be done. I went to the ISO 9001;2001 Lead Auditor training, and as soon as I got back started writing procedures that were needed and were not written. I assume the Quality managers duties, the waste disposal manifest negotiated contracts for the waste companies to get the better price. I implemented a recycling program to save the company over 400,000 dollars. All this without any raises or compensation. Just because I felt a part of a great company who is family oriented and takes care of it's own. Much like the Army. I have been here for 20 years, and they went by very quick when your busy all the time. I understand the big picture, customer satisfaction, testing product to insure customers get the best quality products we can produce. Taking pride of the company and taking ownership of my responsibilities have brought me here to this day. I have meet great people here. Sincere and honest. I have meet some not so great people here as well. But one thing no one can take away is the pride and great quality work. Anywhere you see SNF Floeger. Sinanomous with exceptional leadership and family oriented company. I am proud to have serve SNF for 20 years and 6 more to come.
Unorganized, unprofessional and disgusting....security is a joke...can t keep appointments ...waited 4 days after dropping off trailer to get loaded....FUBAR all across the board !!
I'm not sure which is worse the parking area or the management of this place. 6.5 hours from check in until I was allowed back to load. Kicked me off the property after I parked back in the lot to finish out a break. I will avoid returning.
