They covered the house area where they were working and cleaned up when they were done. Good communication before and after the job.

I recently worked with Snap on an insurance claim (damaged roof and gutters). After talking to a couple other companies, I chose Snap due to their reputation and the product manager was very knowledge and made great recommendations. Overall, they were great, and I would highly recommend their services.

I would have given them 5 starts but there were a couple issues. First the project manager had moved to another state and I wasn't notified. I only found out after calling Snap and asking for an update on the work. This wasn't a huge deal but it delayed the project and I had to sit down with another project manager. This probably doesn't happen often. I ended up working with Matt, who was great and very responsive.

The second issue came up when the roofers ripped off all of our front gutters instead of just a couple. This delayed everything again but Matt and Snap hooked it up. We got all new gutters and covers on the front of our house.

Again, I would highly recommend Snap. It wasn't the smoothest process but Matt and the team more than made up for it.

Snap construction did a great job fixing my house after a tree fell on my roof. Matt Thomes was instrumental in getting the insurance work done, lining up the the construction people, and doing the follow-up to make sure everything got done correctly. I was also very impressed with how fast the work got done.

The guys at Snap Construction are great! Very good communication through out my home insulating project. They came in and knew exactly what to do. It's hard to find companies that are this good. I would highly recommend Snap Construction for your next home project.
