Fantastic service and good value. Super friendly and helpful staff

Beautiful wonderland reminds me of our creator and how much he's provided for and cares for mankind it truly is a very special gift that needs to be protected like the rest of our earthly home and it occupants. We need to stop the greed seriously stop ruining our earth and look to it's creator to live peacefully upon it. Revelation 4 : 11 May the honor and the glory go to him who created all things .

Hired a kayak with a friend for a half day ($40pp for 4 hrs) and was provided with all the safety gear, windbreakers and a waterproof map. The safety induction wasn't too long or boring and we were given some great advice about where we could get to and how long the different sections took. Had a wonderful and exhausting time and got back right on time. Staff were wonderful, happy to answer any of our questions.

We loved it! David was an awesome guide, patient and taught me how to paddle. Great lunch! Everything was gorgeous!

Great range of interesting things to do and excellent service

This is the second time we have completed the Queen Charlotte Walk with Marlborough Sounds Adventure Company. We liked it so much the first time we returned 5 years later with friends.
Stunning scenery - one of the best walks anywhere in the world. Everyone in our group of ten enjoyed the five days and the option to travel by water taxi was very helpful for two of our group.

Need to air condition their vessel as like a sauna in recent hot weather.

Super cute small town populated by very friendly locals. The houses are built on the side of the mountains, practically everyone has a great view of the Sound and Harbour. Great choice for a cruise ship stop.

Excellent tour, the staff were so friendly and lovely. They cooled loads of mussels and clams for us. Amazing!

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and incredibly well-organized. Excellent experience for a four day Queen Charlotte Track program.

Wonderful tour - our second time with them. Ship is incredibly well handled allowing close views of wildlife ashore and in the water. As tends to be chilly so they provide thick coats for all, plus coffee or tea and cookies on the way back. Crew were also very caring with some of our elderly passengers. Can't say enough positive about the crew and tour.

We had an awesome day on Grove Arm, cloudless, calm and fairly quiet boat traffic. The guide was knowledgeable about the flora and fauna in the area, and very flexible with the agenda other than the times to be at the pick up points. We dropped the half-day folks off after morning tea, and paddled around the other side of Grove Arm, had a fine lunch at a beach shared by a few Queen Charlotte Track users. The absolute highlight though was a rare sighting of a small pod of Hector's dolphins in Governor's Bay, just after morning tea, and sitting in our kayaks watching them swim around us playfully. This was only the second time this year our guide had seen them, the smallest and rarest dolphins in the world. So amazing!

Vince our guide was wicked. He made sure we had a great time. Gorgeous day to tour the sounds with pretty much open waters except the ferry. They take care of everything even lunch and snack. Yum lunch was sooo delicious. They pick up snacks from near by local bakeries and shops. Kayaks felt very stable and safe. We spent almost 6 hours covering tons of the malborough sounds. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Dolphins were there, but were only allowed into the water when they were gone

Kayaked a couple of places along the upper South Island and this was our favorite. Fantastic views and perfect weather. The staff were lovely and more than helpful in getting us setup and on our way.

Great kayaking along the Queen Charlotte Track. Alicia was a great guide, explained everything even though we have never done any kayaking before. She also helped us with special requests and was fun to talk to.

Lovely place shops nearby water activates or just sit and watch the ferrys

Fantastic day-long guided kayaking trip of the Marlborough Sounds. Guide was knowledge and informative. Wildlife sightings were phenomenal: jellies, sharks, rays, seabirds, amazing! Lunch and teatime were a treat!

Breathtaking scenery across two sides of Mountains. Crystal clear water.Amazing bay view.

Very condescending, rude staff, the kayak it's self was good, at the same price as any other rental company, the staff were not.

With the condescending attitude continuing into the replies of Google reviews, regarding an unrelated topic of my original review. The customer service remains extremely poor.

I did the single day mountain bike mountain bike rental for the Queen Charlotte Track and had a blast despite the poor weather. The service and help is great.

It spoilt it

Absolutely loved it here there was plenty to do before we caught the InterIslander back to Wellington. We went for coffee and cake then went shopping after that went to the museum then went and took some beautiful photos of the place. I wanna go back to the South Island I miss it already Thanks for all you offered to me and my Husband on our 22nd wedding anniversary South Island it was AMAZING!!! We will never forget it and I definitely am coming back

It was fine he recommended that we didn t go out since the water was choppy but we did anyways. Fine service and gear.

Allthough gathering information the day befor - making an appointment for the day after for an independent kayak trip and staying one more night longer in picton for THIS reason - we couldn't rent the kayaks on the next day. Was abit of a disappointment- especially when you stay longer for that reason in this place. Hope they are awesome with other things - just didn't worked out for us! ...instead we are watching the water from the harbour now...

Amazing views and a assortment of things to do. well worth the visit

I'm assuming this was the company who handled my transport to the Affinity's berth from Picton. If so, the driver was very nice and gave intelligent info on many sights during the short journey from Picton to ( can't remember the name of the place).

Just beautiful! We really enjoyed our cruise on the mail boat today. It was the perfect ending to our month on the south island.

What a great set up, lovely people, dead easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and great service. I had a kayak then a mountain bike from them. Wouldn't hesitate to go back

We arrived at Picton from a cruise ship and the half day kayaking tour was perfect for us, the adventure company office was a short walk from where the bus dropped us off. Chris and the team at adventure company were great. Thanks again for a great day out, cheers
