Staff try their best to help you...
Had no issue ever with pre-orders (unlike other shops)...and extremely recommend for pre-orders.
Great prices for new games..(probably best in Galway in that aspect)
Easily accessible and great location.
Great 3ds stock and well priced.
It's great for when something is in trend or just after coming out... but as soon as something goes REMOTELY out of interest it's just removed from the stock. (for example amiibo weren't sold here for last year)

Downstairs is great by the way...

Stock is a little bit low but is decent to be fair...
It would be great to get more retro gaming there.
Staff don't know anything about Nintendo (from my experience).
(slight nitpick): big area but it's not really fully decked out with games...they should move the displays away from the elevator because you are in the way when you play on the model PS4.

There is nearly an entire row taken over by Fortnite digital PS4 downloads...they should be there but not an entire row nearly...

Overall I do come here for new releases and pre-orders....very nice display also!
