Sms assist, l.l.c. Review

If anyone trying to work in this company I definitely DO NOT recommend working for it. Super poor management, no communication whatsoever! They be giving out points which they don t tell you when you first start to work for the dumbest reason like being there 1 minute late. They won t understand you and they don t care about their employees

SMS is one of the best if not the best company to work for. Starting off with the dispatchers they are very helpful and knowledgeable, they get any and all concerns taken care of very quickly. And as for management i would like to thank Dillion Tole for all the times he has helped me with any questions that i may have had at any day of the week or time of day he is really a valuable person to SMS, and for the rest of the management they also are the best in the business in every aspect from work distribution to payments. extremely happy and grateful to be part of their team.

Over the years of working with SMS assist they have helped with our growth as a company. We have been teamed up with them for years and have had such a positive experience. The team assigned to our division has always been so beyond helpful. Their portal is like no other portal we have ever had experience with working on. They pay on time and offer 24 hour assistance. We have had the pleasure of working with Dillon Tole which has been such a large part of our growth by always going over and beyond what is expected from him and always being so thorough. Overall this experience and partnership is something that is a very important part of our day to day work.

Be ware this company is the worst property management company, I worked with. Had to take legal action just to get paid as a vendor.

As an SMS Affiliate Pristine Lawn Care has had a very positive experience. SMS Assist has helped to expand our commercial maintenance division tremendously over the past year . We provide weekly reoccurring landscape services throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut. They offer fair pricing on locations, and pay promptly. One of the best technologies they offer is the SMS affiliate app, this app allows the technicians to schedule the technicians work orders, and take photos while checking in and out of sites . This feature helps to alleviate any questions or concerns in regards to whether the work has been completed. Their staff members and management are very friendly and extremely helpful. Overall SMS has been a valued partner of Pristine Lawn Care Inc and we look forward to working with them for many years to come .

I have been an affiliate with SMS since 2016. This year we are having problems getting paid. They are trying to only pay us a small portion of what we are owed. They deferred our services performed so they can try and not pay them. There is a new management team that took over because the first couple years were great but this year has been a big disappointment!

I am one of their vendors and they have been such an amazing company to work with. We get a designated liaison and team that are super responsive. Our dedicate team: Dillon, Allison, Kaitlin and Asia are a dream team. Any questions we have are answered same day. They are also very insightful when it comes to dealing with customer requests so that we get the job done exactly like the client wants it. Their backend software is also super intuitive which makes our job so much easier. We work with 3 other property management companies and SMS is by far the best.

Total sq ft of the property not including the parking lot driveway or other paved areas that would require mowing, and or weed eating or just removal of weeds in the mulch just under 85,000 sq ft including the retention pond portion. An acre is 43560 sq ft so this is just shy of 2 acres of land that needs maintenance every week!!!

The total price offered for this service $87.85

I kid you not!!

I was under the impression that it would be ALOT more than $90 to service this property or else I wouldn't have spend 6 plus hours doing the site survey.

I strongly recoommend that if you are working for or contracting with SMS that you think long and hard about the relationship and look at what exactly your getting for your money.

Contractors enough has been written on a dozen feedback boards that anyone who can read will know to steer clear of this massive trainwreck of a company. I wish I was smart enough to have done more research on SMS before agreeing to do anything.

Everything stated in this post is truthful and factual nothing has been fabricated or made up. I have and will continue to maintain records including all pictures and email correspondence as proof in the event I am sued. Posted two reviews because of character limitation.

This is worse than the Titantic. Employees at SMS folks don't stay very long just look at Glassdoor!!!!

Pacific Rim has worked with SMS for several years and can proudly say that they have been an essential factor in our growth as a company. We have worked with different operation teams over the years and all have been nothing short of awesome. Their staff is always so helpful, attentive, and are true team players to finding a solution.
