Smile have been fantastic from the very first contact. I find all the staff to be very professional and always warm and friendly. Beth made me feel at ease straight away and Emma found me the exact long term role i was looking for within days of joining. I'd highly recommend, joining Smile was the best decision I made.

They have listened to what type of work I wanted and found me perfect placements down to the smallest detail! They are efficient and understanding and I cannot thank them enough for the opportunities they have proceeded to give me since I started!
I have signed up with Smile since October and got work as a cover teacher almost immediately, which was essential for me due to the problems this year has been. What surprised me the most was that my consultant Noreen has understood my situation and placed me in a schools that I feel comfortable with in terms of location, which is close to home. Furthermore Noreen has done her best to call or email me regarding which school to go the night before, rather than early in the morning.
Smile is such a great company. Victoria was the name of the lady that worked with me and she found me a job in a week and a half and I am so pleased with it. They are so helpful, polite and friendly at smile and I couldn t recommend them enough!! :-)

I ve worked with smile education for a few months, the workers were so friendly and quick about signing me up and I ve worked with Hannah who has been great to get in contact with about anything I need, which has been great. She responds quickly and takes notes on the schools I have worked at and asked to go back too. She has managed to get me loads of jobs and I m working in school about 3/4 days of the week. When I worked at a school I didn t like and asked not to go back there, Hannah was understanding and didn t ask anymore questions. Would recommend this agency if you work in Sandwell and Dudley.
I have been working at Smile Education since January 2021 and I am really enjoying my time supply teaching with them. The process to get signed up was straight forward and they kept me up to date with every part of the process. They also got me ready for work as quickly as possible. Everyone I have dealt with is really friendly and helpful! I feel they put your needs first and do everything in their power to find you many different teaching roles. They then welcome feedback of any new schools and how you found them. I have worked for Smile for a long time. They are a fantastic agency to work for. My consultant Hannah is very professional but also cares! She listens to my needs and understands why I am doing supply so allows me to be flexible. The schools that Smile work with are great schools and very welcoming. I regularly get asked back to schools which helps to build up relationships. All of the staff at Smile are friendly and supportive and really help to find work that you want.
