My experience of Smile Education has been nothing but positive. As someone who undertakes supply work for them I find their service and ethos fantastic. There is never any pressure on me to work however they ensure I am offered every suitable opportunity. The kindness and professionalism has made my entry into supply teaching smooth and enjoyable.
