I have worked for Smile for a long time. They are a fantastic agency to work for. My consultant Hannah is very professional but also cares! She listens to my needs and understands why I am doing supply so allows me to be flexible. The schools that Smile work with are great schools and very welcoming. I regularly get asked back to schools which helps to build up relationships. All of the staff at Smile are friendly and supportive and really help to find work that you want.
