Great place for shows, conferences, etc. Be sure to visit during Art Prize, in September.

Facilities are nice, but how good the experience is really depends on what you're there for.

Wonderful venue! They have first class events scheduled regularly.

If you can get past the fact that the Devos family owns the place it's fairly nice. Connected to Amway, it is convenient, bit not close. Long walks through the crowded tunnel ( habitrail) await you. Clean, neat, people are pleasant. Grand Rapids is awesome

I really enjoyed the ultimate sports show. It is a pretty nice layout. We also enjoyed the home show. The vendors were helpful with lots of ideas.

DeVos Place always has amazing events. The Food and Wine Festival did not disappoint.

Excellent venue - spacious hallways and large bathrooms mean that intermission doesn't distract from the performance. Saw a wonderful show - the Dancing with the Stars "Hot Summer Nights" tour, but the music was rather loud, despite being halfway back on the mezzanine.

Big place. Lots of parking. Room for so many vendors.

Okay, so you go there and it's different everytime. Because that's what it is, a building. But it's a really nice building, so 5/5

Great place to come for meetings or just see events going on. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge, but once you know where to go your all set.

They could benefit from improving their infrastructure and services.

Nice facility, friendly staff. Seems like an elevator is always out of service when leaving though.

Coffee sold there exclusively by Amway Grand for a convention was totally Tasteless.

The only reason it's not 5 star is there is no wifi and the charge for wifi is ridiculous

Why DeVos Place and the Women's Expo would continue to book an event this weekend when the entire country is shutting down is completely ludicrous. Now after vendors have traveled for a 3 day show they pull the plug after 1 day. There better be refunds for entry fees. Completely irresponsible facility and promoter.

Huge areas and very clean and scenic on the downtown grand river

Was a bit upset that food concessions were closed by 2:00 pm

Love the Orchestra Holiday POPS and eager for the Nutcracker! Its always a beautiful and fancy event!

For the particular event is was way to crowded and it makes you wonder if there had been any type of an emergency it would have a disaster.

It's a nice place and I've been there for a couple events the only problem with today was no one could tell us where we needed to be no one that work there could find where we should be and where the meeting was. I think there should be memo sent out to let employees know this is what's going on today and these are their spots or spaces where this event will be taking place and the time that event should start. We were 5 minutes late when someone showed us that they THINK this is where we should be.

Went to camper show. Was very good. Beer was expensive and service was poor.

Worldwide entertainment and Conference venue... GR Opera, 10/26... Harry Connick, 11/26, GR Symphony 11/2 just to name a few... I would recommend calling to get more details

Like the convenience, location and size that DeVos offers. However, some updates should be considered such as more bathrooms or a more efficient parking system.

Lovely concert hall, with super helpful and friendly staff. I'd say that most seats here are good ones, it's small enough that you have a good view no matter where you're are.

I love the variety of events held here, especially the musicals, which our family attends regularly. My largest complaint is the seating area. It's extremely "cramped" to the point that you are touching the person in the seats beside you, and there is barely enough room for people to sqeaze through in front of you to get to their seats, (even if you stand up to let them pass) which happens repeatedly. I think they need to use some of the money to redo the seating area and the floor. The floor is just a dirty grey cement that lends a run-down appearance to the entire seating area. Prices for events, drinks, parking, etc. run pretty high, which would be much more palatable if they offered a better seating/viewing experience. As a side note, I'd also like to see more of the show elements "extend" out into the audience...lighting, sounds, characters, fog/mist, etc. to make for a more magical and memorable experience.

Went here for jurassic quest. Nice place. Parking garage setup sucks how it blocks traffic, but it is downtown, so that's expected.

It is a big space, very accomodating to the event. The conference rooms are nice. There are tables and decent chairs. The facility is clean and has plenty of restrooms that are kept rather clean.

Dinosaur exhibit with the kiddo and niece. Always a classy venue.

Women's Expo was super fantastic! Skin care products, clothing, demos, food, kitchen gadgets, lots odd things to see

Poorly laid out for a large conference of breakout sessions. Fine for very large speeches or exibit booths. Virtually no food service available though.

An awesome Artprize venue!! Great concerts & shows with soft drinks and adult beverages!!

Great facility for a Comic Con. Went for Grand Rapids Comic Con. Loved the convention space.

Love going to all of the events at this wonderful facility!

Auto show was pretty nice. Not as big as Detroit but very nice.
