Signage from the parking garage could be a little more clear but it is a nice clean place with handicap accessibility and plenty of parking. It does get quite warm when there are a lot of people visiting.

-2 stars for not providing information to people that the massive line was for people who had tickets...

The auto show was a great way to look at new vehicles without going into a dealership

What a stunning place. Came to see Trevor Noah, awesome show. The set up was spectacular and could not ask for a better night. Thanks for really putting in the effort and trying to bring fun and new people to Grand Rapids. Hoping to stop back in soon and see what else you have to offer.

Impressive architecture. Plenty of space for any event. They keep it clean, and parking across the street is usually good. Connected by the city walk.

The show itself was great, but the performance hall leaves much to be desired. The seats are old, tiny, and hard. The merch table was set up at a throttle point where people were trying to get in and out of the auditorium section. It's a good thing there wasn't a fire because the DeVos' would be in the news for something even worse than what our Secretary of Education has done to our schools. When the security person checked my purse he took out my pad to look under it. Humiliating. A little discretion would be nice next time.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the beautiful architecture. The ceiling was made of glass and it was arched in a very artful way. The lights were on a suspended piece that curved around the length of the main room. It was very breathtaking! Another cool design element I noticed was the seating areas. They were positioned on glass balconies and even the shape of the seats were unique! I loved the unique architecture here.
