I went here for a concert it was kinda small for the concert and way too crowded for what they were using it for and everything was way over priced. I recomend not eating here at all. We paid almost $20 for one little slice of pizza a bottle of water and a soda. Ridiculous!!!

Great facility! Our parking and entry were seamless although note that we had the suite pass. The game Seattle vs. Everett was the highlight of the experience and was definitely entertaining! The burger and hotdogs in our suite were below average considering the price of the suite.

I went to an event hear last week. I was supposed to check in when I arrived to get my tickets to Uncanny Fest after Lemon Haze. The staff did not really know what was going on. I was unable to get my ticket at the box office and they couldn't give me much info. They were friendly but I was never able to get my ticket.

Want to see the Seattle Thunderbirds play hockey. Just moved to Seattle and a surprise to see a Seattle Thunderbirds and an Everett silvertips playing in different leagues and in different venues. One north of Seattle one south of Seattle. Showare was a more modern Arena. I seen one game on a Saturday and one and a Tuesday and still there we're about a 3/4 ticket sale with great support from the fans. Of course the announcer was a hockey announcer but seem to have a good time

The staff are amazing. Cannot say enough about the staff.

My experience is only with Thunderbirds games.

Food quality is good, specialty food spots are better, and the prices are bearable. There are $2 deals at Tuesday games but not on all items.

Fully wheelchair accessible except for the team store. Don't even bother trying to get a walker or wheelchair in there during a game, it's even difficult when you're the only people in there. Very crowded.

I love this place! No seat is a bad seat for vowing the main event. The staff is very friendly in all departments, and everything is kept very clean. The downsides are that the seats are the typical crammed together Stadium seating that isn't easy for larger people to comfortably sit in, and sometimes the sound system isn't good...sometimes...but sometimes it is.

Showare center is the home of the Seattle Thunderbirds hockey team and a live music venue. It seats roughly 6500 people but feels much smaller once inside. Concessions are limited, especially healthy options but most stadium fare is available at reasonable prices. Beer and cider options are not terrible but also somewhat limited.

I was pleasantly surprised by this recent newcomer to Greater Seattle's multi-use show and events centers. Although ShoWare's main tenant is Seattle's hockey team, The Thunderbirds, they play host to many other events and trade shows too. My event was a heavy metal band called Judas Priest whom on Sunday evening, April 15, 2018, played a sold out show in support of a newly released album entitled "Firepower". ShoWare's main attribute has to be"conveniently located". Located in the heart of South King County's City of Kent, you'll discover that the path of least resistance is King County Metro's bus line #150. Literally door to door service between the tunnel's stations and Kent's James St. and 4th Ave bustop! Though nearly $10 each, the beer selections were way above expectations. Although ShoWare's limitations are similar to other events centers such as restroom capacity and very tight space in and around the food and beverage vendors, the staff was very helpful and friendly and I would have to finish by saying Kudos to Kent and the "burbs"!

It was very fun! Saw TobyMac, Aaron Cole, Ryan Stevenson, Jordan Felize, Terran Wells, Cochran & Co & We are Messengers. First time in the ShoWare center. My advice tho is to park in the Kent station garage. We were in and out and home in 10 min. Thanks to all the great bands that were there and the people back stage to set up and take down. Awesome show!!

I've only ever been here for Thunderbirds games, and currently the only foreseen reason for returning. I'm not really a fan of stadium food particularly due to cost and taste is barely satisfying. As far as entertainment, the Thunderbirds have never failed to put on a show. The MC, inter period games, chuck a puck, 50 50, all great fillers during the breaks. When the entire crowd gets to chanting "Portland sucks!" It never fails to put a smile on my face.

If you haven't been, its worth every penny! If you're still on the fence, check out 2 for 1 Tuesdays! Cant beat it

Great venue! Seats were at the far end of the stage, but still able to see all the show well with video screens. Got pretty decent phone camera shots as well. The bands were great from beginning to end! Michah Tyler, Crowder, and Mercy Me with the Spirit of God rocked the house!
