SMG / BOK Center Review

Nice venue but has no parking. There are pay lots nearby, but they fill up quickly for big events. After show traffic is horrible, lots of one way streets.

Went here to go watch the Tulsa Oilers hockey game! I love my experience everytime I visit here!!

Nice facility . Good air conditioning. The BAD.... it's in Downtown Tulsa expensive parking. Nightmare driving into downtown through one-way streets. Bad location.

I also can with ba of A Erica here in Tulsa. However I had we t there in California to get so w mkney. I was very happy to see that I could enjoy the same professionalism up there just like Here I. Tulsa.

Winter jam!! Food is waaaaaay overpriced. Concert is awesome. Nice venue... The best part is the police who come out to direct traffic so we all can get home safe.

Saw the Eagles Concert. The concert was great, but the seating was terrible. No leg room. They've got yo packed in like sardines. I literally ad no leg room and my toes were crammed into the seat in front of me, while the back of my legs were against the seat front. Also difficult when people wanted past you.

First time there. Very impressed with the inside!! The Carrie Underwood concert was absolutely fantastic The atmosphere was also great!!

Lines are always bad here but the shows are always good. Keep it up!

The only place in Tulsa IV been. Never will probably be back again. Metallica. Best show ever. Nice event. Not like Texas they stop serving beer and drinks at 830pm

Enjoyed our Big 12 Wrestling Championships in a safe, social distanced atmosphere, where face masks were worn and enforced.

First time at BOK, TOOL! Amazing! I've heard so many say the venue is too big & uncomfortable. I disagree completely. The venue is fantastic. I'm so glad we have something of this caliber that can bring huge acts to Oklahoma.

Loved seeing Twenty One Pilots here! Food court is great, just higher priced as to be expected

Great large venue in Tulsa for larger acts. Seating is great no matter where you sit, drinks are good. parking is fair.

Wide open areas to enter and exit and amazing design for the flow of people!!

Watch a ok thunder exhibition game. Had a good time

We went for Miranda Lambert's Wildcard tour stop and it was great! Our seats were good! We found good parking! It was $10 cheaper literally just across the street! There was plenty of security! The women's restroom was clean every time we had to use it and that's hard to do with so many people using it. I did wish they had restrooms on the floor area of the arena but I'm sure there's a reason there isn't. I've been to several really good concerts and hockey games at BOK and it's never been a disappointment!

I have been many times, and loved every trip. Awesome staff and great shows!

We came here for the Tulsa Classic to watch the Dallas Stars play. I was surprised at how nice the BOK is. They have a good selection of food and the seats are comfortable. I would come here again for an event in Tulsa.

Great bargains and selections make Costco in a league of it's own! The store is always impeccably clean!

Great event center. Large arena that has clean facilities and is located in a great downtown location!

Felt like I was under surveillance from the staff the whole time.

Jeff Dunham one funny man BOK was good seats were a little to close together but over all not bad. Parking sucks.

Clean, easy to navigate, friendly and helpful staff and easy parking. Went to a hockey game and had a blast. The worst thing that happened was the Oilers lost

Our two Granddaughter's sang the National Anthem at the start of the Oiler's Hockey game tonight!

Comfortable seats, you feel pretty close to the floor even for above, and good food although a little expensive but isn't it always

Such a great place to watch my favorite artists and performances. Always down to go to the BOK!

Nice place but beer way overpriced & cut off before the main event. Stuffed in there like sardines, no room. Rent-a-cops were jerks. 3 people stood up nearly the whole concert in front of us (not bok' s fault). Tickets way way over priced for seat location. Sound lacking any bass at nosebleed seats ($180 for a space @18" x 18" to sit???). Needed binoculars to see the band. Won't be back

Always a great place to see a show! Staff is wonderful, it's easy to get in and out of BOK. It's worth the drive!

Best venue in Oklahoma! Celine Dion was amazing( and I'm not a fan lol) Great show!

Needs better bathrooms. Otherwise it's an okay place.

The concert was absolutely amazing. The BOK center itself has a huge flaw. It offers nothing for diabetics as far as drinks go. Not even unsweet tea which everywhere else you go will have. The soda I got went flat after about 10 minutes. My husband whom is diabetic had to pay 4 bucks for a bottle of water because they had nothing else for him to drink. So about 8 bucks for a small flat soda and 20 ounce bottled water. Next time we will bring him his own drink and I dare them to try to stop me. You should think of everyone you serve with your concession stands. Not just the average person. It's for the same reason you have handicap ramps and seating. So stop making people feel out of place for having a medical problem.

Very nice place! Everyone here was very polite and helpful, not something you normally see at big events from security and staff

Had a great time. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Location was clean and seats were comfortable.

Fees are High. Long lines to get thru security. Inconsistent about what can be brought in, a 7in tablet was not allowed but digital camera were. :(

Arena is amazing and beautiful! The Foo Fighters out on the best live show ever! EVERYTHING IS 5 TIMES WHAT IT SHOULD COST!!!!!

Great venue for concerts, saw Kid Rock tonight and will be back in July for another concert.

This place is better suited for sporting events than concerts, but it was still pretty good!

Only thing I dislike but can kinda understand is having no outside food or drinks.

Nice arena but the sound quality was not good. I normally sit in the lower section but I bought tickets at the last minute so I sat upstairs. The sound quality was lacking. I couldnt understand any of the words to the music or anything the singer said when he was talking. I ended up leaving before the concert was over because of it. It was a little disappointing.
