This place is freaking awesome!! Went to see Metallica and everyone that helped us employee wise was so super excited for us and so nice and helpful!! Can't wait for another concert!

Went to the Rush R40 concert here, definitely wasn't disappointed.

Good service. Food is high priced though. We used to come here for the Oilers games. Fun experience. Eat before though, as it is very high priced here.

I was with a friend going to the oilers game on 01/29/2021. When I arrived I was asked to wear a mask or a face shield. Me having medical conditions, and asking what my could diction was that prevent me from wearing them i was asked to leave. I have never seen a place not accept a person with medical conditions not be allowed in. I'm sad that I cannot attend any event here until covid is done.

GORGEOUS!!! easy to navigate. Employees were helpful when we were unsure of our seat location. Wonderful concert venue!

Extremely disappointed! Should have started over an hour ago and they're still testing sound and setting up the stage. No comments, no apologies, NOTHING! Last time I ever attend BOK!

Will not come back. Worst venue i have ever been to.

Comfortable seating, good view even from the top row. MUST PASS security: metal detectors, bag inspection, limits on bag size. CANNOT carry a pocket knife! (Got to go back to my car. )

Concessions stand was badly understaffed; 20 minute wait for a $4 soda.

Avoid the rear of the arena seating. You have to Crain your neck the whole time or just stick to the screens. And this concert didn't have them :(

I wanted to thank Trekkie for the excellent and above and beyond customer service he gave my wife and myself during the Shinedown/FFDP concert on 05/10/18. He was kind, helpful and extremely understanding to my wife s situation.

Great place for a concert except for the drunk guy behind us that wouldn't quit running his hands through my son's hair.

Good location. Easy access to and leaving. The event staff are top notch. Seating is good.

Played ice hockey in there a few times. I've also watched games there. It had comfortable seats a good environment in general.

It's always a blast seeing the Tulsa Oiler hockey team play at the BOK!

Dream come true! We watched Moon Taxi open for Zac Brown last night. It was the 1st stop kicking off Zac's new Down the Rabbit Hole tour and it ROCKED! BEST CONCERT EVER! Plus it's weird to explain but it's fun to see the artists mess up here and there on the opening night. It reminds you that they are just as human as you are.
Moon Taxi killed it! I've have followed and loved Moon Taxi's music for years now and would have paid just to see them headline and I hope they get to someday. They deserve it but Zac Brown always knocks it out of park. Grand slam with hot sauce! I told my wife 2 years ago "If Moon Taxi ever opened for Zac Brown I would drive 1000 miles to see it." I turned on the local Fox 23 news yesterday morning and heard them announce the concert and lost my mind. In 10 minutes we had tickets front row absolute center stage for under $200. Check another one off the bucket list! I have never been disappointed at the BOK center. The event staff was friendly and professional. It's always clean. It always sounds good and they have been able to book some big name talent close to home.
Also if I don't leave a concert at least half deaf I feel underwhelmed. Today I still find myself saying, "Huh." a lot. Very ROCKED and very satisfied by both bands. Great job BOK.

The BOK center is amazing. Always have a good time regardless of show.

We went for Celine Dion and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make it a night my wife will never forget!

This place is great. They always have a top selection of concerts which is so nice. The only downside is there is no (or very little) phone/internet service inside. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of food and beverage options. Keep up the great work, you do Tulsa well.

Great location for a concert. Had a blast with James Taylor and Bonnie Raitt. BOK staff did a great job with the crowd. Long lines at the restrooms!

Reasonably priced food and drinks for an arena. Clean upon arrival. We love going to concerts here!

I love going to events here. It is laid out very well and is easy to navigate.

Nice clean and seeing Lauren Daigle was amazing. What a concert she put on and the meaning behind her music

The BOK Center is, on most measures, the top arena venue in my long experience. The iconic (if fecal) shape of the structure is the unfortunate result of very efficient internal organization. Almost no one is further than 50 yards from one of the apparently dozens of restrooms, with somewhat longer walks to a well-stocked bar. Flow in and out is usually flawless and convivial. People like this place, and you can feel it. It's a venue that builds the excitement and collaborates with the artists to deliver the maximum experience.

This is a great venue. It's easy to find your seat and there are good concession options.

An incredible venue / arena. I've seen Janet Jackson there and have been to a myriad of events. You will love the experience!

Excellent venue. Lower level seats had a great view even opposite end from stage. Excellent sound system

I went there and seen a favorite rock band,waited in line for the door to open and when it did and i got in the ticket clerk scanned my tickets no problems and let me in.Found my seats easily and enjoyed my show the sound was amazing.I found a good parking spot just for the event.

They had great food, and drinks, but a little pricey. I'm had a great time a the hockey game...

Great venue, reasonable prices. I travel a lot for shows and games and I have to say I was quite impressed. Keep it up.

WOW and OMG, if you cant have a good time here, check your pulse . This place is so awesome and IMO 1 fantastic over the top things in Tulsa to see and if you are and architecture freak like me its worth a day to just take a look around this amazing jewel of T-Town.

BOK Center is great. We attend Hockey regularly. We have attended a few other sports. And we have attended many concerts since its opening. Most the seats are great seats unless you are towards the top. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
