Good place for entertainment and also good place to work if u need extra money threw a temp service...

Very tight sitting kinda uncomfortable but as far as the place its self it wasn't bad

I've seen multiple concerts at this venue and I would say it's the best venue I've been to

I went for the Panic! At The Disco tour and was extremely pleased with the services provided by the Center and it's staff. It was an amazing experience and parking wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

This is a great venue for Tulsa we have seen many great concerts here. It may be hard to get tickets sometimes for the Big Show's cuz they sell out quick

Great event center. The special event services staff are always polite and respectful.

I love the BOK Center. With having handicap seating...the staff went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. They were awesome.

The only complaint I have is there's no where to smoke or vape at this venue. You can't even go out then come back in through security.

Beautiful place and the Backstreet Boys concert was great

Went to my first concert here Imagine Dragons loved it almost had too much fun haha

Great place for any venue!! But I do agree price of water should not be $4.

Had a wonderful time and the staff was very friendly and nice...

Since its been here it's been a nice addition to downtown Tulsa.

First time there and it was a very nice experience. The only things I would like to see changed is opening the doors at least an hour and a half prior to the start of the event and have larger chairs down on the floor level so people have a little bit more room to breathe without feeling you are sitting in the lap of the person next to you

I love how big this place is yet I felt I could sit anywhere and not be far from the show. No bad rafter seats! Good refreshment vendors. Security was great and I would be surprised if anyone ever gets in who shouldn't. Great sound!!

As I was setting my drink in my cup holder after taking a drink an employee came and told me I needed a mask on. In the next period I was holding my drink still and was told I needed a mask on. The stands are clearly not full, there's no one with in more than 6 feet of me, except when the employee decided to get close to me to tell me to put my mask on while I was drinking. I will likely not be returning to this place, it's worth it to go to Wichita or Allen TX rather than be yelled at for not wearing a mask while taking a drink. this employee has made the event much less pleasant.

Top notch center with a multitude of events. Never a bad seat!

A no smoking facility is just mean. Ok arena but sound at show was not the best. Needs so work

Well laid out, had easy entry, found seats rapidly, good attention to detail from staff.

We went to see Jason Aldean here. There was a 2 hr wait to get to security. Then it was a madhouse to get to ticket takers. People were very rude, security was a joke. I figured it would be a lot more organized, given the first show after Vegas for Aldean.

Even that the Dallas Stars lost, I had a great time. Box suites are the bomb!!

Anything above the 100s is a waste of money here. Very hard to hear any type of show when you re touching the ceiling here. But seats on the floor and 100s anywhere provide a great view.

WWE event tonight and it was awesome. Parking was not hard to find. We arrived about 1 hr early.

I don't think there's really a bad seat inside the bok. We set in section 327 row A. We could see stage and singers good. Big screen TVs. Bathrooms are close . They have handrails all the way up and down. Concessions are high priced but that's expected. Security is good and efficient.

Very clean arena. Only down side was the price for one beer was $9.00. Went and seen Five Finger Death Punch there. And security needs to be better. Pretty sure I smelled weed being smoked around me and nothing happened.

Went to the Pitbull concert on 2/9. Pitbull put on an amazing show and the building is nice, however, the concert started ONE AND 1/2 HOUR LATE!!!! No announcement or explanation regarding the delay whatsoever! We sat in our seats, waiting the entire time, afraid if we got up the concert would start and we would miss the opening. If someone would have told us that there was going to be such a delay, we could have at least gotten up and walked around and gotten a drink or something. (We had already sat in a car for almost 3 hours, would have been nice to have stretched our legs.) I don t know if it was the Venue s fault or Pitbull s fault that the show was so late starting, but be at least be respectful and inform your audience! We would NOT have left and demanded a refund, but we would have been much less annoyed!!!

Went there for Shawn Mendes it was absolutely amazing and the experience with the BOK staff was good and well everything was good

Had a great night hearing Asleep at the Wheel open for George Strait! It was great seeing George for the first time in concert. Nice seats and the people around us were so awesome! Everyone was very friendly! The stadium was clean and well keep!

We had an amazing time at the BOK listening to Maddie and Tae and Carrie Underwood, what an awesome concert!

Always clean, good food for this type of venue, and seats are not smooshed like some other places I've been to.
And if you get a chance to skate on their ice, do it!!

Wonderful! Clean ,great staff, only thing was seating is too small, cramped and on top of each other.

The graduation was wonderful... but there was no food for sale and there should be a section. where people can pay to reserve seating so the self proclaim privilege people can pay for seating .. there was a couple literally getting into peoples faces trying to reserve 3 entire rows then say they were stolen illegally to ur friends.... we seen ur texts and all ur racist comments smh but other than that it was lovely!

The BOK center is just another example of the architectural beauty of Tulsa. This area has won numerous awards and is host to multiple concerts, hockey and basketball games, and other events throughout the year.

If you are attending an event at this event, be sure to arrive early and bring cash for parking. There is a large garage nearby that usually has a number of spaces. Cost is around $10.

Tulsa PD does a great job managing traffic during events, and the security staff is quick and friendly as well.

What can I say its 18000 plus seats arena and the catwalk view is awesome

Parking is difficult but always had a good time here!

Security is great, lots of seating, many good and alcohol venders, just lots of space even for a lot of people. Clean facilities, including bathrooms. Great sounds!

Great venue for BB games but make sure you dress warmly because they keep it really cold, I guess for the players and the TV lights.

My experience at the BOK Center was awesome it's a great place to see a concert !

Beautiful stadium, comfortable staying, fun to walk around and look. Staff is very friendly and the hockey game was so much fun

Arena is great and is easy to get around. Just dont get why the venue has fees as high as the cheapest ticket

I've seen hockey games and concerts and wrestling I feel like the facility should still allow people to smoke during intermission but that the decision that had to make across the world

Jimmy Buffet puts on an amazing show. BOK staff are really effecient. Took no time to enter the building through security and exiting after the show. Out of the building and in mu vehicle ond on the highway in under 10 minutes. Can't wait to return.

The BOK are doing the best they can to keep everyone safe. I have seen all employees wearing masks and the staff are reminding customers to wear their masks correctly.

Went to the Tool concert here tonight. The BOK center is very up to date, modern, and clean. Great venue for a concert. Also was very easy to get to and find parking. And was easy to get out and back on the interstate.
