Seabass, tuna carpaccio with avocado and burrata, spaghetti a la vongole and great wine.

Excellent location and beautiful settings. Very nice staff but not fully bilingual in English.

Prime location for this moorish style hotel. It the the sole hotel open all year. The price are like George V or Savoy.... but the season is for few weeks. Nice pro staff at the reception. Some room have view on the main piazza and the old port...gorgeous.

I dont give five stars that often, but this hotel definitely deserves it. Top notch service from the moment we showed up to the time we left. Room spacious, with a rustic, almost cave like feel to it, but was really nice. The gym at the tennis club was the best hotel gym I've ever been to, and again...the service was great. Only minor drawback was the private beach, which was really rocky (rather than sandy). I say minor as there are a lot of other beaches in the area that are a quick drive, so for me, wasn't a big deal.

THE place to enjoy a drink in Port Cervo. Relaxed terrace, couches, nice view. Tasty creative cocktails.

Had a great stay at the Cervo Hotel, the rooms were comfortable, there s lots of steps, and the service was incredible. There is a lot within walking distance too. Would definitely stay here again.
