Decent mid-range hotel. Great for families and budget-friendly. There is a large pool and outdoor dining area. Great breakfast buffet. Only problem is the restaurants dinner menu. The food is low quality. You are also able to take the public bus, a 2 minute walk away to the subway a 15 minute ride away that takes you into central Rome.
Clean room, nice staff and breakfast was OK, but the location is a bit tricky and not really well connected to the city.
One could think it's just a 3 star hotel with all it implies. Reality was far better. Nicely renovated rooms, very kind staff and a restaurant second to none regarding Roman traditional pasta and desserts. Breakfast, included, was plenty. It's much more than just worth your money.
Nice hotel, shame its a bit outdated, was not warned of any building works, got woken up at 7am alot because of this since our room was right next door. Think the tourist tax should be included in the total cost, rather than a bit of a surprise at the end of the stay. Pool was closed the entire time we stayed, staff are very friendly, room cleaned everyday, wasnt many options for breakfast and dont think their was any cooked breakfast options, toilet flush was werid.
A really nice an clean Hotel. The rooms were new, the breakfast very good, THE staff always helpfull and willing to assist you. The pool nice for sunbathing and although is close to the Airport When you close the Windows there was no noice at all. I would definately recommend it and i really Wonder how some bad reviews that I read came out. They are totally unfair.
Our group stayed here for 3 nights (June 22-24) and we all agreed, the best feature of this hotel is Magda at the front desk. She really made our trip and was the nicest, most helpful person we encountered.
Thank you Magda ! Room 210 appreciates your kindness! !
The hotel is decent for the price. We caught the free minibus to the Metro station each morning to get in to Rome. Very easy and took around 30 minutes from leaving the hotel. For the return, we used our 3-day travel pass to use the local bus to get dropped right outside the hotel. All very easy.
The location of the hotel is on the Rome ring-road but there wasn't any noise from the traffic. Using the subways and walking paths, we were able to walk to local shops/restaurants/cafes, but there isn't many.
The main reasons for staying here were we had driven, so needed parking and didn't want to drive into Rome and also to see a music concert at the Capannelle horse racing course. Although it was very close, it was impossible to walk to and from. Taxi is a must.
In the hotel, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, the pool decent, the breakfast was suitable and the air con good.
Overall, the hotel was good for what we needed.
The extra bed was unstable to sleep on and crooketh. When my Roommate went sitting, it collapsed and many planks fell out. When we wanted to tell it to the reception. The People in service were very impolite and insulted us they also didn't want to fix or change the bed. The bedroom isn't what we expectit it to be from the photo's. The water of the shower was icecold and it didn't warm during the shower. Everything in the shower is chalked and the toilet didn't flush well.
Our rooms smelled like someone took a piss in them and my kids suffered from getting shattered glass in their feet while they were in the pool. No apology was recieved from the rude staff, absolutely horrible experience with crying children not wanting to leave their rooms. Did not recieve any kind of compensation. Their wifi was not even working even tho they told me that there was free wifi, so i missed out on the world cup final, worst day of my life. I'm from France, almost took my own life, might have missed out on the one to see my team win the world cup. Would not recommend
