Very Rude & condescending manager. Not impressed by the manager who was consistently rude when I visited the site. The manager told me to leave the premises simply because I was on the phone. I hope they treat others better than they did me

Great venue very well thought out but hello when your eating at a conference it would be good to bring seats with tables for people to be able to eat without balancing the damn food on your lap in a standing only room.

Good variety of different sized function rooms, but woefully inconsistent air-conditioning temperatures meant we were freezing in a small room and cooking in the large one. For a function centre, this is unfortunately a critical feature.

Easy to find, rooms are good size but could do with a couple less downlights, hard to see the screens, catering was brilliant but maybe too much. Pity staff who had to put all those tea cups away....teachers drink more espresso coffee, juice and water. Close to museum and central stations.

We had a formal event here. Strange venue and space. Hard to mingle as not easy to move around in large crowds. Main function room is odd shaped. If liking to book for event - think about space and crowd size. Fo d and drinks were good and service great. Convenient location.

Had an amazing experience at SMC . I booked it for my engagement because it is located in the centre of Sydney, which is easy to find. Their staff is super friendly, honest and work efficiently. The food quality is also quite nice. Their charges are also reasonable. Its interior is also very attractive. Thanx for making my day special!!!

The cafe out the front does a roaring trade for good coffee and brekkie wraps. I have had service problems here as its noisy and it is hard to hear but the brekkie food and convenience has seen me visit here a few times more than other places around the same area.

One of my favourite places in Sydney, I am rather bias though as I am a Mason! It has I believe the most beautiful Lodge rooms in the country and the dinners following our meetings are the best I have ever had. The Museum of Freemasonry is absolutely fascinating and I simply cannot get in there frequently enough.

A huge conference center in the middle of the cbd. I've been here for several events and it's always been a pleasant experience. Their catering is good but if there's never enough places to sit down. The staff are very friendly and the signs are accessible.

Good space. Varied areas to book. Clean, modern function centre. Minutes walk to Museum of Town Hall train stations. Would recommend if looking for a venue that easily fits 300 or so people. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Pretty ordinary mission for presenters. The screen was too bright with our stage lighting. This made it very difficult to engage with the audience. Added to this, BT remote clickers didn't work for some reason (interference) forcing presenters to interrupt their talks to get AV to advance their slides.

Ceiling lights are annoying spotlights, blinding you when looking at the presentation. The passing subway sound is magnified by the positive feedback of microphone & speaker, causing loud low frequency noises

I would highly recommend this venue. On previous occasions we have utilised their spaces for Conference. The staff are professional & polite. Nothing is a problem. By your side all the way through your planning.
